Depends how big the workplace is. If it's something a bit more serious, and you're not going to see them regularly (different floor / department), then don't automatically rule it out.

It's a little annoying, mind, because work is probably the best place to meet someone. You see them 5 days a week, good days and bad days, so you get more of a feel for them. You see how they interact with other people (and vice-versa). You are perhaps more likely to have some shared common interest. You know whether the chat runs dry quickly or not. All that said, I still keep that same blanket policy: Don't shit where you eat.

I need to find a real talk FWB so I can just live my solo life for a while, but the shit is hard to finesse without straight up leading women on and hoping they respond to a late night "wyd" after the fact. Which I'm not into.

Man, workplace bangs are amazing. Some of the most vivid memories I have and really spiced up the everyday hours. Main thing is you've got to know if it's the kind of girl who's only interest is finding her next husband. Those are the ones who catch the most feelings and you should avoid like the plague. Try to avoid the louder girls in your office. The chill introverts are great. Most will keep things discrete as long as you manage it right.

Also avoid anyone you actually work with day to day. That's tough. But the girls you just walk by and have a vague understanding of what they do, or you just occasionally bring a report to or see at meetings...yea.

I don't like older women, but I have friends who swear by them, one has a stable of divorced women that are 5-10 years older than him. He says they know he's too young to be in a relationship with them and they just want a good time, he really like a young thot when I think about it, uses their cars, goes on trips, gets gifts etc. They aren't even ugly, just not my cup of tea....

Ive shot my shot a couple of times for this kind of situation online but no luck yet. I did get one date with a muchhhh older woman once that had the potential for that but her pics were like ten years old and I had to ghost after.
