Having a player like Hames might work for some games, but when you going against a midfield of Marquinhos/Gueye/Verratti you need a true midfielder.

But he's definitely controlled the ball with his arm, probably not fully intentional but that's a handball ever since I've watched and played football. The ref might not have caught it without VAR but it should be called off.
i think hazard is overrated, but it's a bit unfair to judge his performance when he's in a shit team.
