I have a typical partner+dog+apartment+Toyota lifestyle, and I still have plenty of my own time to read or watch tv or play videogames or go for walks or contemplate the cosmic meaninglessness of my existence. I even have a coworker who has a healthy relationship in which he and his partner have completely separate bedrooms; he replays Bloodbourne late into the night while she soundly sleeps, then she works out in the morning while he's hitting snooze. Find the right person and the right arrangement, and long-term relationships can be great, m8s.
But kids? Nah. Everyone I know with kids is bitter - to themselves and their partner. It's all fun and Instagram on the outside, but get them drunk and watch them blame each other for their suppressed misery.

Yeah that's basically what I'm going for. If the right person comes along I think it could be great. If you exchange the toyota for a Hyundai and the dog for a cat you have the exact thing one of my best friends got going on. He sure is a happy fella with plenty of time to hang out with friends or play games etc.
I know couples that don't even need kids to be like that. Granted most of those are in their mid twenties still. But sometimes if you see them argue you wonder why they're even still a thing.

By Bold 2 in One Go To PostYou know how to really bum me outNot half as much as kids will.
The good news, though, is that most parents still find some way to derive meaning through their children, usually by feeling proud of their unremarkable accomplishments.
By Zabojnik Go To PostCan we please get over this Dybala - Neymar swap already.imagine if that actually happened. a career spent being carried by messi, mbappe, then ronaldo
Would be a great signing. Probably enough to help them feel strong about their top 4 chances when coupled with the other players they've added. Spurs really need to just stump up the cash for Lo Celso.
By Cleff Go To PostMakes no sense to me unless he wants the cash
By batong Go To PostMakes no sense to me unless he wants the cashI honestly thought he was nearly 30 already so it would have made more sense to make sure his final contract was a big one.. but honestly, you only have one career and should be trying to get as much money as you can while you can. Any player would frankly be smart to move to any club who offered them double their existing salary at least.
Jenkinson to Forest. Raul flinging out all the deadwood ahhh
Just need Mustafi and Mkhitaryan out too

How many 10s of millions will be knocked off Pogba's price next summer when he demands a transfer after United finishes out of the top 6?

Think Arsenal in for top 4. We're (potentially) spending €200M this window
By FligureSkatingFan Go To PostHow many 10s of millions will be knocked off Pogba's price next summer when he demands a transfer after United finishes out of the top 6?With 2 years left, I imagine not much. Probably still around £150m or even higher depending on how many other overpriced transfers we do first.
By Baki Go To PostUnited or Chelsea?United and Arsenal
Arsenal because of what Pele said
United because Ole, and i'm not telling any secret i think, is a bit shit manager, much like Zidane
only Ole doesn't have Ronaldo to carry his team
arsenal's sole strategy seems to be to try and outscore every opponent, we had an entire window to fix our defense and did nothing about it
By Wahabipapangus Go To PostOut scoring the other teams seems like a solid strategyarguably the best way to win a match
If you're not the better team, you shouldn't try to outscore your opponent. Some proper later-Mou logic.
By Xpike Go To Postit isn't a good strategy because it depends on you being the better team, which we normally are not
am i being wooshed here
its hot and late and i really cant work it out
Some would argue that Manchester United is the recipient of a lot of bad luck but now we have the "Luck Index" which shows that United have had luck on their side for the past 2 seasons.
By Perfect Blue Go To PostChelsea will finish top fourin their CL group.
You guys believe Wolves will fight for Top 4 or thereabouts?
I get the hype and all but don't really see it. Football is cruel.
Probably finish like 6/7th.

My oldest is close to five and I'd say the relationship with my wife is wonderful. Sure we have our spats, but I would call having separate bedrooms a bit weird/sad, buy hey different strokes for different folks.
I'm not a person to tell others to have kids and/or get married because it's different for everyone, but it does irk me when childless people try to paint parents as miserable while their lives are going great.

Love how everyone always underestimates Arsenal. We will be fighting for 3rd place this year.
