Gary is just being dumb. Even with the penalty miss, the team looked shit and flustered after we concede. Might be better to blame the team being weak mentally as a collective at an important time of the match. Pogba was the only one who created any real threat after that.
Obviously the shot was in a fairly savable position but Pogba hit struck it very well and had a lot of pace on it -- Patricio did a nice job and you just have to give him credit for saving it. They didn't seem to argue over it and he won the penalty.. much ado about nothing.
Gnev on the big debate defending Uniteds board was incredible to see. The guy from fulltimedevils almost killed him there.
Uniteds summer window was absolutely terrible with the fire power they have. Their team is basically the same as last year, with little improvements and lost a 15-20 goal scorer without replacing him.
Joke of a club. I'd be fuming if I was an uniteder. Hell, I'm fuming here and and hate them.

Pele, Im happy that Arsenal has won the transfer window cup this season, but speaking as a fan of a team that won it twice in the past 5 years, it really doesnt made us that pissed.
Especially when we have some good prospects that we want to bleed in, and I welcome it.
Well, except for the creative midfielder position. We are really lacking there.

By Doicare Go To PostI don't remember Wolves doing anything other than the 60 seconds they scored in.Well, some people take 60 seconds to reach an orgasm, others take an hour or more, the end goal was the same.

I don't think Arsenal won the window. The only player that is really shinning is not even ours. Need at least one season to know it.
A club like United need to be at the top always. Youre struggling for 6 years already. That's unacceptable for a club like yours.

Of course, I want United to win trophies, titles but you know I have been wanting United to look into the academy for options. Right now for better or for worse, this is what Im getting. We could use with Woodward not being a total fuckhead but right now, Ill take a year of rebuilding and a decent position in the league at the end than another haphazard attempt to catch up to City.

By NinjaFridge Go To PostWan Bissaka a small improvement?you lost Herrera, Fellaini and Lukaku. Overall your improvement was small.
Pele pls
Neville must be delighted Pogba missed the own otherwise he'd have to talk about how shit Lingard was.
By Vini.lad Go To Postyou lost Herrera, Fellaini and Lukaku. Overall your improvement was small.Feel like our attack has improved quite a bit without Lukaku there to lose the ball.
By LFMartins86 Go To PostNever left a woman unsatisfied.60 seconds wouldn't have been enough time for her to tell you. 60 seconds isn't even enough time to setup the gimps, midgets, whips, butt plugs, baked beans, let alone the full symphony orchestra to add some mood music.

By n8 dogg Go To PostWe are playing far better in attack without Lukaku than we did with him.Like this team much more. Feel like the defence being comfortable on the ball is definitely helping us control games too.
AWB is so good. Don't think he was ran past at all today
Wolves results vs top six last season:
Arsenal: 3-1 H, 1-1 A
Chelsea: 2-1 H, 1-1 A
Liverpool: 0-2 H, 0-2 A
Man City: 1-1 H, 0-3 A
Man Utd: 2-1 H, 1-1 A
Tottenham: 2-3 H, 3-1 A
They beat us, Arsenal and Chelsea at Molineux last year and held City to a draw. They also won at Spurs and drew at OT, Emirates and the Bridge.
They are a good fuckin’ side. And the fact that we are disappointed leaving with a point speaks volumes. We played well tonight. I enjoyed it. That’s all I want from football.

They are 14 games unbeaten at home. We were 1 pen away from it being a cracking start to the season vs 2 sides that did us last time around. Even if you want to go the Doicare route the xG was Wolves 0.35, United 1.15+pen so really, it was really a Neves wondergoal that moved the needle.
It's just disappointing from the mentality standpoint and the obvious crater that is our MF; plus Ole being incapable of changing the game with subs means he really isn't thinking ahead or has developed a deeper plan at all.

By Killer7 Go To PostShould be winning our next 6 games.
Arsenal number 5 in that run; looking at our next four is easier on paper, but they all offer different challenges.
- Palace will be dangerous on the counter and sit a lot deeper and invite pressure more than tonight; we need to be careful not to be baited into pushing too many forward.
- Saints gave Liverpool a hell of a game and their pressing will absolutely unsettle Pogba and McTominay.
- We saw yesterday what Leicester are capable of; they’ll dominate the midfield and Vardy will pull us about.
- confident enough about West Ham, they don’t worry me too much. Lots of goals in their squad theoretically but they have a weak defence. They don’t really have a particular playstyle like the three above, so hard to gauge.
AWB attacked quite well this evening. Out in a good cross that Lingard should've buried. Don't think we help him enough on the right though. We usually pass to him with two men already marking.

Really want to see Gomes and Garner on our subs bench at least. Wonder how long that’ll take to happen, if at all. Can’t see Ole disposing of Matic and Mata in quite the same way he has our CBs, because Maguire’s pedigree justifies it.
Anyway, if you’d offered me 4 points out of 6 from our opening two fixtures before the season started, I absolutely would have taken it.
which is the biggest loss?
arsenal v united being a meaningless game
or mou and pep no longer making el clasico a blood bath

Zaha is the main threat which we need to shut out. We should have too much for them and I hope he gives Greenwood a game.

Leicester will be a tricky one but its at home and we should hopefully have enough to cause them trouble. Can't let them dominate, but the way we played in the 1st half today was promising.
Arsenal will be the most difficult, but that defence is still weak.
Need to get some momentum going leading up to that Arsenal match.

I guess maybe we are waiting for the calendar to get busier, but we are not using our bench as is. Fred absolutely fucked up by not showing commitment to pre-season. He'd have a clear run at a spot. At this point I'm almost sure he's given up and is waiting for a move which is fucking ridiculous.

Gomez needs to be part of the set-up, We've persisted with Lingard enough, I like the lad, but he's a squad player at best.
Not seen much of Garner but if he's good enough, he's old enough - seriously, its not like we have bodies in midfield. Ole needs to be more brave/
Dr Hannah Fry is one gorgeous woman.

if a team like Leicester aren’t going to get Champions League football then a United team with Greenwood, Gomez, Garner or Chong anywhere near it’s first XI certainly aren’t.
