By inky Go To PostWe are on that Arsenal budget nowMay I interest you in a World Cup winner Mustafi?
By LFMartins86 Go To PostYou learn something new everyday. Today I learned that 8 is half of 33, interesting.lol wat
he scored 6 goals from penalty with a total of 20 goals for the league last season, he's in 2nd place behind another sporting player for the most taken penalties from last season
if you take what I wrote literally then no, half his goals don't come from penalties, but half ronaldo's goals don't come from penalty either and he's called penaldo, which is what I was quoting
By rvy Go To Postlol watI was talking about all competitions.

Conte is gonna go bald again by the end of this window
“There’s no point denying the fact we’re having difficulties. There is still a pretty big problem in players coming in and going out, but primarily those who are meant to leave.
“If you ask me to be honest, I’ll say we are quite a lot behind schedule in various areas. We need to get a move on. We’ve been very clear in preparing a plan for players coming in and going out, but we’re behind schedule, particularly because nobody has really left at all.
“We’ve got to speed things up a lot now and realise there’s much to do in something of an uphill struggle.”
By LFMartins86 Go To PostI was talking about all competitions.sure, but that's not a good barometer for this because partaking in the competitions itself isn't consistent unless we're only talking about internal competitions
By rvy Go To Postsure, but that's not a good barometer for this because partaking in the competitions itself isn't consistent unless we're only talking about internal competitionsAlright, so if you want to talk only about the league then it's 6 penalties out of 20 goals, still closer to 1/4 than half.
By Bungie Go To PostWhich reports is he talking about?It's a Vax..Don't worry, youd have to be an idiot to miss this
What brand is your air purifier? I wonder if I should be checking mine
Khedira has offers from Bundes and from Fenerbahce. Hopefully we'll manage to offload a player or two in the next couple of weeks.
All quiet on the Mandzukic front, eh? Maybe Paratici is affraid to broach the subject. I know I would be.

CR7, Dybala, Higuain, Icardi and Mario. Not bad
Let them fight it out with each other, it can only be good.
..until January when Mario submits a transfer request
Well would have to get rid of Zouma, Christensen, Rudiger or Luiz. All four candidates to a starting spot at CB. When Mason Mount starts the first premier league match and rekts it up. 😍
For my fellow Arsenals fans: Do we have any CB targets for this season? So far, that's the only missing link from Orny's shopping list.
WF = Zaha, Malcom or Everton (£40-70M)
CM = Ceballos (FREE)
LB = Tierney (£25M)
CB (next season) = Saliba (£30M)
CB (For this season) = ??? (£??M)
So current estimated spend is going to be £95-£125M and that's without spending money on a CB for this season. If we pull this off, it will definitely give me faith in the new management. Would be an elite transfer season. I would be confident in top 4 and a trophy run in one of the competitions.
That said, with Bellerin injured, feel like we should also be in the market for an RB?

What's the possibility that Ajax can afford €150 million worth of players plus wages in 3 years' time?
By J Ciaran Go To Postwe've always had 5 strikers rotating so I assume with Kean leaving and Icardi coming in, that'd be it.Even from the height of my optimism I can't see Sarri rotating 5 strikers, lawlz.

These are five first team strikers you listed, not people who would be content with playing every third match, if that. From this standpoint it would make more sense to keep Kean, but he'd be completely wasted as our 4th-5th striker, so I don't know. It's a pickle.
With Costa, Bernardeschi and Cuadrado (still) in the squad, I think 3-4 strikers is all we realistically need.
I'd get rid of Higuain and Mandzukic, sign Icardi and keep Kean, but almost any CR7 & Dybala + 2 strikers combo will do.
By Laboured Go To PostAnd that's the end of that. Flo won.Good.
Hell be awesome off the bench and we don't have to spend 150m on a player we don't really need.

Man, to this day I find it hard to get into MLS. They should just start handing out extra points for trick shots and outside the box goals.
