Probably why we decided to bring on board even more pretty bois, to counter the ugly, to deflect.
"Thanks for the interview, mister Rabiot. So, the fans are complaining about Juve's new kit ..."
"Yeah, but you should see me naked."

By Zabojnik Go To PostVery nice.what do you feel looking at this objectively bad shirt?
On the other hand, I feel like we should publicly apologize for our 2019/20 1st kit to every player we sign.
Exactly.
you will love it. We will make you love it

That other shirt was bad then and it's still bad.
Maybe if we bring Llorente back.

I still have that one with my blood all over it when I almost lost my eye
can you imagine...it would've soured the undefeated/1st scudetto back memory
it would've been the moment I stopped making Marotta/Punished jokes
By Laboured Go To PostThat kit looking like a lazy default PES kit and J becoming exclusively licensed to PES is no coincidence.
Lack of commercial acumen imo.
I think my primary problem with J's kit is the luminous red stripe which has the optical effect of making the white parts look grey.
I like the symbolism of the new Juve kit:
The white part represents the inherent white supremacy and racism of Italians
The black part represents the death of the competitiveness of Serie A
The pink part represents the slim chance of winning the CL

It's probably fair game to hand them the 19/20 scudetto already so they can focus on the Champions League.

I don’t really like our shirts this year. I might buy the home one when it’s on sale. I just bought the 2017/18 away shirt actually

Higuain is expected to extend his contract with the Bianconeri until 2023, with his salary dropping to €4.5m.

Rasmus Kristensen will join Red Bull Salzburg for an undisclosed fee this summer. He was never going to work out for us but I wish him the best of luck in Austria.
By Kidjr Go To PostFeel like I'm the only arsenal fan looking forward to next season, think there will be benefits to Unai having had a season to implement his ideas.
I loved last season, and looking forwatd to this season, too.
London fist bump.
By Zabojnik Go To PostWould you rather Higuain or Mandz stayed?Mandzukic and Isco, easily.
Being me Eriksen or Isco and be done with it.
Mario is about the same age, versatile, great passer, has hair and not South American.
By FortuneFaded Go To PostAm I the only one who doesn’t give a shit about football journalists?
Journalists are basically there for those who are not intelligent enough to read the game themselves and have their own opinion.
It is why I quote Marcotti so much
Conte: "The Icardi situation is very clear, the club was very clear, he is out of Inter's project."
What an odd strategy. Is this supposed to show Inter are not to be fucked with anymore?

By Zabojnik Go To PostConte: "The Icardi situation is very clear, the club was very clear, he is out of Inter's project."he's telling them Juve or nothing, maybe they're trying to force him into accepting others too or else he'll warm up the stands for a year.
What an odd strategy.
Dumb either way, he's definitely leaving for below MV now.
By Linius Go To PostIf for some mysterious reason he won't leave you can't tell me Conte won't use him.Conte didn't use David Luiz after they got into a argument early in on in his last season with Chelsea. It can happen.
Now that we've apparently asked about Dybakla we can see how that merry-go-round will go (or how it would go if Inter or us were competent).
By Linius Go To PostIf for some mysterious reason he won't leave you can't tell me Conte won't use him.I think you're underestimating the absolute cunt in Conte.
He's clearly frustrated as fuck Inter basically don't have a striker. He was probably hoping he'd have both Dzeko and Lukaku by now.
lol
I mean I get it. It's frustrating when we've set the price. But we're doing the exact same fucking thing with Maguire in the meantime.

Ramsey isn't in the squad for the tour to continue his rehabilitation
but curiously, both Khedira and Costa aren't either. And I'm sure the former is absolutely not injured

By Zabojnik Go To PostPerin's gamble at Juve didn't pan out, but it never could have with Woj in his current state of grace.
Wish him all the luck in Portugal and thanks for the money.
I was impressed with Wojo this year, but Perin still better. And since collecting posts, I have seen that the deal is off(?)
By FootbalIFan Go To PostNeymar would destroy the EPL

By Vini.lad Go To PostNelson still hasnt impressed me. Don't think he's gonna make it here.
Nelson was our best player in preseason last year.
By Zabojnik Go To PostNew signings are fine, but what's more exciting is the technical revolution that Paratici and Nedved (with Agnelli's benediction) have started.
We're about to morph into a different beast. Remains to be seen how long it will take Sarri to instill his idea of football, but the stories I've been hearing about the first week of training have filled me with a substantial dose of confidence. Apparently things didn't start off well. The team was having difficulties following and putting into practice the tactical / positional drills Sarri and his assistants had come up with and Maurizio was growing frustrated. He talked to Nedved, who reassured him, and had a long talk with the squad. The next day things took a 180° turn for the better during training, to the point that Sarri was heard saying "were they just fucking with us until now?" to his collaborators.
I've no doubts that our players will fully buy into Sarri's football philosophy, unlike how I imagine things went at Chelsea. Doesn't mean shit as far as results go, but if things go south it won't be because of player woes or the immense burocratic / managerial apparatus surrounding Sarri.
He's in a botte di ferro at Juve.
Looking forward to Sarri adding back to back Europa Leagues to his resume.
The Perin thing is very odd. Clubs still in talking, it seems they're trying to change the loan + obligation to buy formula or something.
Shanks are you all right lol

So many Dutch kids walk around in knock off shirts. Usually bought on holiday in Spain or Turkey at the local market. That age where you support every foreign club and rock shirts from Inter and AC Milan in the same week. The only official shirt I had was my Ajax one when I was like 8 years old.
These days I'm the proud owner of official Ajax, Barcelona, Dutch NT and Grimsby Town kits. I still love that last one, got it from secret santa over at Neogaf. Some dude living over there noticing me basically only posting in the Footy community.

We fired one of the top two managers around and replaced him with a good, but not elite manager. And it doesn't matter what tactical revolution Sarri brings because within 20 minutes of the first game it will go back to the exact same thing that happened last year. Pass the ball to Ronaldo and see him shoot.
well give it to Kean

they all have different characteristics and tendencies, if you will.

Only knock off I owned was a Chelsea Zola one that my Nonna brought back from Parma when I was 10. Also made my own bootleg Baggio 94 Italia kit that I wore around Little Italy in London back during the final in 94.

I'm beginning to understand why Frustrated is addicted to their bitter tears
We needed talented midfielder far more than we needed talented CB. So Barto offered quite huge wages to keep him from going to another club (PSG in that case) and we signed him instead of going for De Ligt. Priorities.
But eh, long may your reign to not win the CL continue :).
