Selling our best player and putting all of it for Zaha... lul
I believe we would get about 80 for him. Spending 80 on Zaha is idiotic. He's worth 50 at best.
Looking at how much others are going for, the importance of Zaha to Palace and the 25% (?) sell on clause United have, £80m sounds reasonable.
Apparently the profit United can make from the sell on clause is capped at £15m. So whether he goes for £60m or £80m doesn't really matter to us.
By Vini.lad Go To PostZaha is a younger WelbeckNot even close to true smh
he's not worth 80m
By inky Go To PostThey saying Greaseman deal is tomorrow as well. There's no chance both happen even if they sell Malcom andSaid it in the old thread.CoutinhoDembele is there?
Kicker reported that Barca is offering Dembele around everywhere (they knew they offered him to Pool).
Doubt they would get their money back, plus they would have to pay us the remaining bonus payments of 20m €.
Bayern will certainly try to make a move once that Sane dream is over.

By Ciaran De Vries Go To PostI wouldn't believe anything on reddit, or twitter for that matter, unless it's a reputable Italian journalist. Our CB situation has been horrible for 6 seasons, give or take. I can understand the desperation.
Seems odd to muppet over De Ligt of all transfer targets atm.
Just hoping that the De Ligt saga doesn't go multiple 48 hours this time.

United is worse than dead.
I don't think Klopp could sort out Dembele's attitude, and he'd be way too expensive to take the chance. The way he dealt with Sakho showed how little patience Klopp has with players who don't take it seriously enough, even if they'd make a positive contribution on the pitch

The ‘Hitler did nothing wrong’ Mountain Dew contest is almost 7 years old and companies still haven’t learnt.

The way he dealt with Sakho showed how little patience Klopp has with players who don't take it seriously enough, even if they'd make a positive contribution on the pitchThink Klopp would handle him pretty easy. He's still relatively young, while Sakho was already way beyond the age where people change for the better.
Also the team would be alot better for him in the end, less spotlight and different teamates/fans. I mean just look at how the fans treat Coutinho. Not really a great enviroment for a player.
Whatever, Kicker was only throwing Pool in as an example that Barca is offering him.
By FortuneFaded Go To PostI don't get it are these real?
That's Cagliari's president saying they had a deal in place for Barella with Inter about three weeks ago, haven't heard from them since. So they went with Roma instead.
It's still up to the player, but it looks like Beppone (or the Chinese) dropped the ball on this one.
There's almost a daily update on Bayern and how they failed to sign players. It's getting freaking hiliarous. Not just the high profile players, but even youth players, midtable club players and the likes.
What a summer so far.
Meanwhile Bild is also reporting the interest in Schick that Kicker reported yesterday.
Pls Zabo. It's time to remove the curse you put onto him.

^what do you think is going on over there loool
All the others were snapped out of existence. An inevitability. A foregone conclusion. Just mere bureaucracy now
you know Woodward, give him a lil time to fax the papers.

I guess la potenza di Suning wasn't enough. But I'm sure they'll start "destroying everyone on and off the pitch" soon enough.

My problem with Dembele is that Barca with Messi is the apex of 21st century club football. If he can't be bothered to sort himself out and make himself a key part of that team, why would he change for us? Maybe he'll mature as he grows up, but dumbfuck footballers seem to have a habit of remaining dumbfucks until they retire at least.
At 22 he can turn it around, and the issues seem to be his approach to basically functioning as a cog in the machine off the pitch rather than the actual work he does on the training ground, so one lightbulb moment might be all it takes to get him back on track.
Can see it getting worse though if he's discarded by Barca.

By Vini.lad Go To PostIt would be pretty close to the worst thoAubameyang will get more goals than Lacazette next season and the team would be better overall with a good winger rather than two strikers.

I doubt he'll actually cost 80m anyway, he'll push for a move and maybe hand in a transfer request which would mean Palace won't have to pay him his loyalty bonus. It'll probably end up being a fee of 60-70m if it did ever happen though I still doubt it will, not getting into the CL really fucked us.
