I mean even Ibra was a good signing for the one season he could give us. Just depends whether the player is coming for a retirement jaunt or not.
By Ciaran Lad Go To Posthis age shouldn't be a factor given his fee and your absolutely desperate situation I feel.Yeah, definitely. A good mix is alright.
also the obsession with signings being young is odd, they will lack much needed experience, besides should you really be worrying about their market value? I mean, since you supposedly shit gold. You don't have to make a profit selling everyone
if he's good and is going to lend a hand for a couple of seasons then it should be a galaxy no brainer. That's the way I look at signings anyway, young or old.
I've always disagree with Woodward wanting to make a profit selling players. Fergie had some players out cheap either because it's better to get rid or because they've been good stalwarts at the club. Sometimes some players just doesn't work out.
Let’s be real, Alderweireld wants that last big contract
If he didn’t he would have signed again. He will get better offers next summer if he stays fit and keep performing, or maybe even in January if the club will accept less for him

5 fucking million, after coming on a free a year ago, and having been mostly unimpressive with the exception of a few matches (like the Atalanta ones, which I guess is the ones Brescia could bother watching).
Hopefully this can fund a new left back, now that Boilesen is out for almost all season. But this also means new defenders and goalkeeper on every position except Bjelland, just before CL qual. Yikes.

A mate with decent connections at Wednesday has just told me Bruce is off.
Newcastle get their man.. to rapturous applause I assume.

Yeah they'll love him there I reckon. Right manager to guide them down to the Championship and stabilise them once there.

You will hear this or something very similar at some time this season just as has been sacked.

how about that for 4D chess? Juve can keep trying with the best right footed player in the world if they want
Yeah that Switch Lite thing is nice for people who didn't want to pay as much as the Switch costs right now I guess. But it doesn't add any value for people who already own a Switch I reckon. I like my Ninty games on the big screen.

No doubt.
Feel a bit mugged off tbh. Our fans are near on unanimous he's the right man for the job and he was wanted right from the off - to the extent we let him watch cricket for a month before actually starting to get over all his family stuff. And other than some financial hang ups he's not at a bad gig.. he has to fancy us for top 6 if he stayed. If he wants to work for Mike Ashley as an appointment everyone is laughing at before being sacked then fair cop I guess, whatever.
By LFMartins86 Go To PostSturridge got his dog back.Shame. I was hoping for a Brummie John Wick.
Portuguese press is so ridiculous. Almost every news site has a video titled "João Felix already scores for Atlético Madrid". You watch the video and it is him scoring from a shooting exercise just outside the box.

I'd totally sell Mendy Militao/[insert name] if he fainted in a low pressure and controlled environment like an introduction presser. What if he dies in a derby or after recieving an unintentional elbow by Mandzukic?
