You straights have the worst taste in men
By Cleff Go To PostUnited bros, can we start talking about how we're probably not going to sign anyone else before the window closes?I already said this weeks ago.
Not thinking about transfers that much. Bound to get annoyed.
The silver lining is our youths looked promising in preseason and near 0 clusterfuck of problems like last season.
Remember the amount of articles about how bad morale was at United?

2. That was from four seasons ago. The lad has grown into his looks
Bale situation is a bit comical tbh. Especially with how bullish Zidane has been about his departure. Papa Flo overriding him like that must not have gone down well. I don't expect him to play at all anyway.
There were times last season where it felt like we couldnāt play for 1000 years and never score.
This pre season has felt a bit like that since we went to the US.

Hard to be this shit in consecutive games and then expect buy in from the fans that we donāt need to make any signings.
Napoli is winning but they really look suspect.
Always looking like one wrong move away from conceding.

And those guys from Redmen TV swear up and down we don't need to make any signings because Klopp said so. Deluded lots they are.
By OneTwoTee Go To PostMan, we have not looked good this preseasonNeed that front 3
It's pre-season boys. You'll look like a different team first game of the season. And where United are concerned that cuts both ways.

By J Ciaran Go To Postwould anyone be surprised if Ole promises to give Lukaku a new challengeYes.
He doesn't fit our normal tactics. His front pressing is absymal,
We're fine with Lukaku either way. We don't desperately need to sell him or keep him.
We've desperately needed a CB for years, and that shouldn't depend on a forward leaving, let alone trash we refuse to let go on a free.

By RrusheR Go To PostLiverpool fans should be optimistic, the team deserves that much.
I agree, but itās hard when you know next season we realistically need to be aiming for 101 points if we want any sort of shot at the title, and weāve looked second best four games in a row with first team players on the pitch.

By RrusheR Go To PostLiverpool fans should be optimistic, the team deserves that much. You do realise the reason we didn't win the title and lost the seven point lead was due to lack of a proper bench and a shit midfield right?
Think Liverpool are making a (serious) mistake going into the new season with a lack of additions.
I appreciate that the team, from a first 11 perspective, is effectively 'complete' (and it's difficult to persuade for the bench) - but a couple of injuries at an inopportune time couple derail a league campaign.
It's magnified when the competition can field a couple of title winning teams.

By Flutter Go To PostAccording to Klopp they pretty much dont have the money.Well the owners said they do and would back Klopp in the summer window. So I'm not sure what Klopp is talking about. Its just Klopp being stubborn as usual.
Surely they would be in the position to (at least) make a couple of 'Horcrux' signings?
Might not have the money now, but 2021/22/23 etc..
Unlike Arsenal, Liverpool have been successful (even at selling players) so it's hard to imagine they are in a similar boat.

Which is weird considering Liverpool brought in the most amount of money this season compared to other teams. They made over quarter of a billion just from TV rights and CL.
By Feorax Go To PostWe have the money. Weāve spent about Ā£70m net in 3 years. You are also planning a stadium extension in the near future.
Look, journalists close to Liverpool say they dont have the money to spend. Klopp say that they don't have the money to spend. At this point I'm more inclined to think that well, they don't have money to spend.

City were already the best team and then they signed Rodri and AngeliƱo. Hard to see them not winning it again.

By Flutter Go To PostIn May 31.He avoided the question simply because since the Southampton issue with VvD, noone at Liverpool talk about transfers anymore. Melissa has even come out and said that information don't come out of Liverpool regarding transfers at all and that Fabinho transfer was a surprise for them.
