I don’t exactly watch this but I feel like you would want your best players in those positions. The intensity is quite impressive not going to lie
The composure is shocking though, especially in this England match.

By Laboured Go To PostContract doesn't sound the problem, the transfer fee is.I think we can totally afford a one time payment as the warchest is still untouched, but combined with his salary, is just way too heavy of a burden, we're already paying lots of players too much.
By Wahabipapangus Go To Postimo after this we could just drop corners from football.

Football died that day
Almost died again a couple of weeks ago
Surprised nobody else but Atletico is making a big push for Llorente, at 40m that's a really good deal.
35 mil doesn't sound bad. Of course we need to get rid of Ozil and Miki, not to mention we seem to be one of the "poorest" clubs in the EPL somehow.
Feel like he'd fit in to a lot of teams. From what I saw in the CL, he seemed to instigate a lot of the higher press from Ajax. Would be perfect for our RW but nah we'd rather play Jlingz and Mata there.

By Cleff Go To PostSome United fans may not like the players we've signed and been linked to but it makes sense to me anyway. The previous strategy of signing established players has been a failure and has left the squad in such a mess that we need strengthening badly. But we were never going to challenge City or Liverpool next season even with 3 or 4 top level signings. If we can position ourselves for a run further down the line we'll be doing well. The problem with the Longstaff signing or James is that they're punts. So your strategy that we'll position ourselves for a run further down is merely hopeful, nothing more. That's the same with trusting our Garner, Gomes, or Greenwood, but the difference is that they're younger and cost us no transfer fee coupled with minimal wages.
It's very different from say signing Morgan Gibbs White, Sancho, Hudson Odoi, etc... Longstaff and James are 21 year olds. To me, Ryan Sessegnon fits that profile you're looking for. He was championship player of the year at age 17, much younger than the flop Tom Ince who had that accomplishment at age 21, and the more successful Zaha, who accomplished that at age 20. Max Aarons is similar in profile to Ryan Sessegnon, and Dele Alli.
And all of these players are much different from Mane, Wijnaldum, Carrick, etc... who were all established PL players.
Having said that, Daniel James and Lonstaff could turn out to be very good players. I'm just saying that it also wouldn't be surprising if they turn out like Nick Powell. We still need quality first team signings if Sancho is who we are after next year. If we don't get top 4, and Chelsea are no longer transfer banned, Levy decides to finally spend some money, etc... we could slide further down.

Why is Fernandinho and Casemiro in the starting 11 for Brazil? Do you really need 2 holding midfielders against Bolivia at home? Is Tite the Brazilian Valverde?
the bolivians are pathetic, they all either stared at the ball or actually crouched in front of goal
Might have a surprise/improvised gig tomorrow to an audience of 300+, that would be quite something.
Going to be one annoying summer window. Out of him and Pogba I'd rather keep Pogba since De Gea is pretty shit when he's under a contract impasse. It looks like we are trying to keep both though.
I wont be surprised if there'll be something like Lukaku's statement by Pogba. My only hope is that he loves the club and wants to leave like Eden did.

Rabiot going to Juve instead of United is not something I would be that disappointed by, for the same reason why I'm ok with not getting Icardi.
As it stands, I think the club is being held on with staplers and tape, and everything seems to be on the verge of falling apart.
The only way I think we could have a big boost to morale is if we gazump De Ligt from PSG, which shows how pessimistic I feel about the state of the club.
edit: just to be clear, I think the chance of a gazump is somewhere around the chances of an Italian putting chicken on pasta.

Very happy Ecuador U-20 managed to snag the bronze medal at the world cup, got our revenge on those Italian cunts after the fuckery of the group stage game. Those lads are all we got to look forward to cause the senior team looks basura. I do not look forward to their shit show at Copa América.
