As do I, but I didn't want to be a break about it for once.
Looks like Ben Yedder is really the chosen one if Inter manage to make a good offer for Lukaku.
I guess.
I guess.
So tomorrow we can finally be done with De Ligt's soap then, good. Even though 67 million is a bit on the low side of things. Overmars better takes care of a sell on clause and hopefully these bonusses are a given.
Looks good. Remains to be seen if he plays good
and aren't you glad you are getting the money now and not say....at the very end of the window if it were that other club

I guess one of them is playing a certain amount of games and maybe winning the league, which doesn't seem that hard. I don't think we do crazy unattainable clauses like WIN A BALL ON DOOR and shit.

Yeah I know about the bonusses, but no details about what they entail. So as said, they'd better be a given because 67 million is a damn steal in todays market. No idea why we're not milking this transfer much more.
Other than that I don't care much. That he's leaving this window was a given and we don't need the Juve money to buy his replacement, so wouldn't really matter if we get it now or later. We already submitted an offer at Club America earlier this week. This Alvarez lad looks pretty good, but I'm also a bit scared since it's always a gamble. Would have preferred Toby by a long shot. Any Mexicans here that can tell me more about Alvarez?

My fastest 10K was at 4:50 a minute. My problem is, I'm never really motivated to keep on training. And changing my life pretty dramatically in 2015 didn't help that. I should definitely be able to push much more. Especially considering I ran a half marathon at a pace of 4:55, hardly any drop over double the distance.

Promes (Tadic/Labyad/Bandé) - Tadic (Hunter/Dolberg/Traoré) - Neres (Lang)
Schöne (Blind) - Marin (Eiting/Gravenberch) - Van de Beek
Tagliafico (Lisandro Martinez) - Blind (Schuurs/Magallan) - Alvarez (Schuurs/Magallan) - Mazraoui (Veltman)
Onana (Varela)
In the case of Ziyech, Frenkie and De Ligt leaving we would probably end up with something like this. Wondering if we shouldn't get another midfielder, Schöne isn't getting any younger. I guess it helps we have quite a few players who can play on multiple positions. Very afraid of ever using Magallan though, hasn't made any impact what so ever.
I feel like we're settled up front. But I'd like to see another first team ready midfielder. Defence should be fine too, only downside is no proper back ups for the central defenders. And well, betting on Alvarez to be good.

Honestly I think this is a phenomenal signing, free transfers just don't come with that mercato luster I know, but he's class and still young enough to expect more of him.
same goes to the second most beautiful Welshman after Salazar
I've always been 50-50 on Rabiot, but yeah, the Juve move will be better for him. Just hope your board can keep his mom in check.
2 down, De Ligt to go.

Yeah, was very happy with that. It's interesting that I started running in october 2013, since then I recorded every run I've did except for two and I've ran 774,52km in all those years spread over 105 different runs. I suppose people that take running serious do that in a year or a bit more? Which always leads me to believe there's more in me, but motivation man.
This was the half marathon of Amsterdam in 2015. First one I did and about one month into my membership at the student association. Let's just say I only dropped in pace for the other two half marathons I did.
This date really good times lads. I run 5k about 5 or 6 times a week. Still can't get below 5:20 per km for the entire 5k.
5 to 6 times a week? Damn bro, that's a lot. And to be fair, you're doing the healthy way of running. Pushing times also is pretty destructive for your body.

I'm more doing it to get fit but I would like to be able to push my times lower, if only for that sense of achievement.
Barca, for a top club, really make a lot of bad signings. Bayern is lowkey just as bad
I'll be honest, I couldn't be happier about this. Pipita was clutch AF with us and I'm pretty sure he'll hit the ground running again if he does come back. Much to the dismay of balance sheet fans.
Will he start? Probably not, at least not immediately. But he made his bed :) live with the consequences
Higuain's brother/agent “The only Italian club Higuain will play for is Juventus. He has two years left on his contract and it will be respected. Good Sunday to everyone"

That explains why Chelsea is putting their foot down regarding Morata
....and Morata practically begging Atletico to sign him.

I honestly don't really care about lifting weights and living the gym life. Just some sports to stay in shape is fine for me. And maybe if I go bouldering on a regular basis that would also help me a bit with strength in the long run.
Juve have sure put together one hell of a squad to get knocked out the CL quarters despite walking the league
By Zabojnik Go To PostI have it on good authority that Higuain won't be in Juve's 2019/20 squad.how do you expect we're going to force him out after his last two miserable loans? His wage is gonna be an issue, maybe, but he already did us a favor by leaving twice.
Who do you even expect us to replace him with? Ronaldo is here, we don't need your Icardi or anyone else. Just feed the handsome goat and get him balls and we'll be golden. Let him warm the bench if he wants
Again WE HAVE RONALDO.

I do both although I'm not trying to get big, rather give myself a bit more muscle mass and correct my posture
Too much weight training not going to be good on the pitch.

I think you underestimate how much Juve want to get rid of Higuain's giant salary and what a motivator to find a new club the prospect of a season warming the bench / playing second fiddle can be for a player at that age.
The final word should be Sarri's though. If he thinks he can get some proper use out of Pigs, then by all means. I've nothing against him staying.
We're definitely not keeping both Mandzukic and Higuain. That much at least is obvious.

If his agent is publicly saying he wants (us) to respect his contract then I'm afraid we can't do anything. And you're probably underestimating what his two bad loan spells did to him lol. I'm sure he'd rather fight for a spot here than anywhere else, especially with daddy Sarri on his side.

Mario sounds like he's leaving and I'm not too happy about it. All you have to do is watch our goals last season and see how crucial his linkup play was with Ronaldo ;_;
This is from a recent Andy Mitten piece on Smalling and Jones. It's downright negligent that Jones has been allowed stay at United for as long as he has.
Jones, who has injured just about every part of his body, started only 20 times last term. Injuries have prevented him playing consistently as the superior defensive partnership before him did. In his eight full seasons at United, Jones has never started more than 26 league games. His average number of league starts in the last four seasons is just 15.

We bought Bailly, Blind, Lindelof, Rojo for the CB position. Only one of them worked out.
