did you guys even try to get rid of them at one point
7-8 seasons of Young, Jones and Smalling on the books, it boggles the mind.
even Fellaini lasted more than he should've

Get rid?
It's not like you can just transfer players out of your team in exchange for money.
Nice get for Samp. Bit of a downgrade for Eusebio.

Van Dijk & Joe Gomez*
*and Matip and Lovren once Gomez gets injured*
*and then van der Berg in the league cup once those two also get injured

Napoli challenging Juve on so many fronts, including ugliest shirt of the season.

Less sponsors than I expected.
MON lost his job at Forest. Felt inevitable.
By Arnie Go To PostLess sponsors than I expected. It has a nice lumbar sponsor that you can't see from that view. Still needs an arm sponsor, though - maybe the return of Pasta Garofalo.
By Ciaran Ashina Go To Postdid you guys even try to get rid of them at one pointWe have a running contract with the prem that compels us to play with a handicap.

Best news all summer.
lmao don't get your hopes up, they'll ask for loans instead of actual purchases. based FFP, protecting the game.
By Cleff Go To PostZaha wants to go to Arsenal, but Palace have set a price of £80m for him. This is all so embarrassing.
Arsenal having players plead with clubs. Even Inter, who are by all accounts skint, found a proposal to get the deal done. Arsenal just don’t seem like they’re run remotely well. And it’s something symptomatic of a lot of big clubs in England.
By Ciaran Ashina Go To Postdid you guys even try to get rid of them at one pointBlind, Rojo, Darmian, Bailly. Our previous managers were shit at picking players.

I'd take £70m for Lukaku, but I don't like the loan with an "obligation" to buy thing. I understand it's probably to get around FFP, but just sign him and pay in installments.
It's pretty much the same thing, but it feels like it's worded in a way that they could get out of it.

By Zabojnik Go To PostMakes sense to leave Demiral at Sassy for another year, he'll probably replace Chiellini next year.barring amputation, Chiellini can play for two seasons. Barzagli's decline was gradual and clear, Chiellini had one of his best seasons in 18/19. He's injury prone but still 35 games out of 40 something is not too bad, maybe his fitness will improve under Sarri's espresso diet.
then I imagine it's Bonucci-De Ligt and Rugani third. Unless Demiral is a monster already?
that's of course, assuming we get De Ligt, huge assumption.
You know how the Italian lads like to paint the Serie A as the abyss? They're wrong.
The abyss is without a doubt, Arsenal and United. Pogba is trying to escape the black hole that is United. He doesn't stand a chance.

United bros don't be so Zabomistic
you will be absolutely fine next season, we both will be. You don't *need* centerbacks and we don't need fullbacks either.

I forgot that we might get something outta Higuain
I think his OG contract was 5 years. Not sure if we extended it.

By Ciaran Ashina Go To Postmore like 43 games or 45, something like that. Still goodI doubt Chiellini has more than 20-25 games in him. Not should we risk him needlessly. But I was referring to something Chiello said himself. Though I'm sure he'll reconsider at the end of next season.
come on giorgio you can do it….
By Cleff Go To PostBut why delay when you want players in before a deadline?Focusing on CB I guess?

Roma and Juventus are negotiating a deal that would see Luca Pellegrini and Leonardo Spinazzola swap clubs [Sky Sport Italia, Sportitalia/Gazzetta dello Sport]
guess his agent....
Our management must know something I don't about Spinazzola, if they want to get rid of him. Maybe the fact that he seems to be very injury prone. Pellegrini would be an acceptable replacement.
okay Zabo, you handle the tweets lol.
Horse and Zebra officially anointed as transfer tweeters
anyway this is terrible, as I love Spinazzola and I thought he was pretty good most of the time. :(

By Ciaran Ashina Go To Postanyway this is terrible, as I love Spinazzola and I thought he was pretty good most of the time.He was brilliant, however he's not really a LB, is he. Can't defend for shit, which makes him more of a speciality player. Pellegrini is a very good prospect, a proper LB and he's 6-7 years younger. I think gigolo Paratici is thinking long term here.
Second journalist reporting that United want a few more signings in soon and are confident on Longstaff and Fernandes.
Yeah. I'm relatively ok with that. Fernandes will be hot sex. Longstaff is a pretty big gamble still tho.
