According to ESPN's Ian Begley, some of Kevin Durant's current and former teammates think KD will sign with the Knicks this summer.
Durant leaving Golden State for New York has become a common belief within the league. As Begley writes: "It's easier to find street parking in Manhattan than it is to find an NBA executive, player or coach who doesn't think Durant is going to sign with the Knicks in July." It will obviously be one of the more interesting storylines this summer.

Third try:
Don't understand why De'andre Hunter is so low on most draft boards. I'd much prefer him over guys like Culver, Reddish, and Barrett.

This is a good point.
Jeanie Buss is more concerned about trusting her bestie to handle her affairs, so she doesn't get in her feelings about Klutch having power.
By domino Go To Postthese trainers come up w/ some wild shit lol.I know he's had a ankle/groin issue that lasted months, but I've never seen a rehab exercise where you balance on a inflatable ball. Never.

Carmelo Anthony said he isn't ruling out a reunion with the Knicks next season.Masud... your favorite Knick gonna be coming back
Anthony, who parted ways with the Rockets just a few weeks into the 2018-19 campaign, ended up sitting out the remainder of the season. Over the weekend, he was asked if he would consider re-joining the Knicks if Kevin Durant signs with New York this summer. "I have to see what's going on," Melo replied. Of course, that assumes the Knicks would have mutual interest. In order to revive his career, Anthony has to let it be known he is content to be a role player off the bench.

Once Gregg Popovich formally commits to return for his 24th season as San Antonio Spurs coach, he's expected to sign a three-year contract that will keep him as the highest-paid coach in the NBA, league sources told ESPN.
According to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN, Gregg Popovich is expected to sign a three-year contract that will keep him as the highest paid coach in the NBA.And I thought Pop might retire after this loss vs. Denver and the recent loss of his wife...
Coach Pop's contract expired at the end of the 2018-19 season, but an extension has been a foregone conclusion for months. Per Woj, the deal won't change the fact that Popovich will continue taking his coaching future on a year-to-year basis. Pop will coach Team USA in the FIBA World Cup in China in September, and the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games.

Can't see the Bucks letting Middleton go, so... Kemba it is then.
Q: Has your sense of Dallas’ interest in Nikola Vucevic as a free-agent target changed? — Zachary Jay Cunningham (Dallas)
STEIN: Not really.
The Mavericks are still formulating their free-agent plans, based on what I know, but I didn’t see Vucevic as a primary target for them when you asked a while back — and that position holds.
Shooters, athleticism and veterans are said to be Dallas’ priorities to supply the budding star tandem of Luka Doncic and Kristaps Porzingis with some been-there wisdom.
There has been no indication to date that the Mavericks will get a sniff from the Kevin Durant/Kawhi Leonard/Kyrie Irving tier of free agents. I likewise continue to believe that Golden State’s Klay Thompson is 100 percent staying put with the Warriors and will not consider external suitors.
But league sources say that the Mavericks intend to fling themselves into the chase for Khris Middleton and/or Kemba Walker with gusto in hopes that they have a shot at one of them.
Wings with two-way ability figure to be another emphasis if Dallas is unsuccessful in pursuit of the big names.

The Washington Wizards have identified Masai Ujiri as a candidate for their general manager position.
Ujiri has been with the Toronto Raptors since 2013 and signed a contract extension in 2016. The Raptors are unlikely to let Ujiri for any current opening.
But Ujiri is intrigued by the idea of moving to Washington. Ujiri's wife is from the area and he also sees Washington as a larger platform for his Basketball Without Borders program.
Ujiri is considered a significant long shot to actually leave the Raptors for the Wizards.

Pacers president of basketball operations Kevin Pritchard said he expects the Pacers to be "super aggressive" during free agency this summer.Payton and Brogdon would be a fantastic off season for the Pacers. Add that to Oladipo and Sabonis in a starting role (let Thad Young walk) and that team would be the hardest working group in the East.
Pritchard said he's expecting to have roughly $43-$45 million in cap space to work with, and while he's not looking to fill a particular position, he wants the Pacers to "get faster" and find another guy who can create on offense. Malcolm Brogdon, Ricky Rubio, Elfrid Payton, Jeremy Lamb and Seth Curry could all be potential free agent targets for the Pacers.
