He should have gone offense/defense with Ennis in place of Simmons, Ben was a complete negative on offense when it mattered. They all wonder why Embiid wasn't posting up it's cause Simmons is always near the rim and it would have been a double off of Simmons who just stands next to guys trying to post.

Brett is a great guy. He helped the team survive super tank.
But his system does not work w/ our guys. He is also the creator of Ben is da pg and allowed dude to get away w/ not even look at the rim at times. The team needs to be more of a PNR team especially w/ Jimmy but Brett was like nah more JJ DHOs and post ups w/ Ben's man cheating over yo. It took until the playoffs and getting shat on by the Nets for him to run some PNR at all.
also the tank coach very rarely is the coach to take the team over the top. Every championship team pretty much has a coach that reaps the benefits of the past one. Thats just how the NBA works.
