Can't think of any playoffs series in history which was more stacked guards-wise than Curry/Klay vs Dame/CJ.
(Don't mention Chris "DJ Augustin" Paul)

By DY_nasty Go To Postcrazy how you dont even need to double team jokic lol
it was embarrassing how trash portland was playing that PNR but jokic was just kind of trash on finishing the play--a 30 second wind up on his 3pt shot doesn't help
By The Frankman Go To PostDenver setting up that learning experience loss. Portland outside of CJ played like crap and its a 1 point game.😂😂
Let's check in on Reilo

If Jokic got in the gym and really killed it and turned that 35% baby fat into muscle/athelticism, then worked out with Hakeem... oh man.

By Gaby Go To Posttheir stats are very slightly improvedlillards efg% was the highest it’s ever been this year, not because his percentages from the field were significantly better than previous years, but because his overall volume’s gone down. His ppg and per were lower than or similar to what they were in ‘16 and ‘17. McCollum, pretty notoriously, has gotten worse from the field over the last two years after having arguably the best shooting campaign of anyone in the league in ‘17. His ppg and per were likewise par for the course wrt his career numbers.
Without nurkic, this is the exact same Portland team that golden state smoked in four games in 2017 and dicked around with for 3 games before steph came back and remitted paul allen’s cancer in 2016. They’re legit the 3rd best team in the west right now not because they’ve definitively improved, but because the rest of the conference is full of middling teams going through either early growing pains (Denver), structural transition (San Antonio, LAC) or are just being shamefully mismanaged (OKC).
