Fucking 🔑
The frame rate in Bloodborne would slip into Adam Johnson territory and I would imagine Sekiro isn’t much better.

Nice. Now fix so I can play on my primary fucking monitor pls

Confession time. Despite having a 120hz/4K/Gsync display, I lock all non-competitive multiplayer games to 60FPS 👀
Where can i get some more of those seeds? Accidentally wasted some before the butterfly woman fight lol
By sy X Go To PostO'Rin is a test of your parrying power.I lured her near the Corrupted Monk arena where her AI gets stuck in the entrance lol.

end game optional boss spoilers
Someone pointed out that the sculptor left to become the Demon of Hatred and…. yeah. It's definitely him.

Still have to do Genshiro. Went along and wandered around quite a bit. Picked up upgrades and found alot of optional bosses, NPCs and quests.
It's amazing how much stuff you could easily miss, if you're not really trying to clear an area.

ogre took me some time cause the reach on his grab is tricky but drunkard was ez on my first try, just kept dodging/sprinting to his left while getting two quick slashes in each opening
By Wahabipapangus Go To Posthow the fuck do i kill this cunt in the cave, soon after that chained ogre?Headless?
By Wahabipapangus Go To PostyeahUse pacifying agent to stop the terror build up and just parry him to death. I think divine confetti causes more damage

As much as I like the game, this is the first FROM title this gen where I'm not bothered if I complete it or not. It's become really, really easy, too. That monkey was literally fucking nothing to deal with
By sy X Go To PostFolding Screen was cool.Yeh nice change of pace and a bit of a puzzle
Owl fight was tedious garbage. Genichiro still remains the best boss in the game. Hell maybe the best boss From has ever created.

edit: beaten, fuck that boss
lol got locked out of the true ending because I forgot to turn in the last itemmmmm, even though I inadvertently did all the other convoluted steps ;_;
guys the point of no return should be obvious so don't worry.
also read all the weapon upgrade item descriptions, a few give out hints on how to beat a couple of bosses. [weakness]
there's a Warlock mini boss that spawns in three areas, kill him three times and you're gonna get something sweet out of it.
lastly, always try and eavesdrop on NPCs....one interaction in particular might unlock a boss memory.
ahaha he really does! But on the flip side he's extremely easy to dodge and unlike Gen he's always open for free hits. Noob shinobi

Game is super fun but yeah, kind of easy. Once you get a grip of parry then boss fights just become a game of attrition. I was struggling with butterfly and Genichiro for a while and then just got the hang of parry and now i’ve finished senpou and made it to ashina depths without a hassle. Genichiro became super easy to read, especially when he did that slow as shit grab and then you stagger him after.
I feel like there’s a boss missing tho: in the ashina depths after the snake eyes dude you come to this massive empty pit with nothing there. Feels like a boss arena but nothing’s going on
What this game makes me want with all its parrying is a FROM star wars game. Allah give me life.

so proud of Shinobi n8 ;_;
most fast bosses seem impossible at first with their overwhelming combos, but yeah, the faster they swing the faster they go down ;)
are you sure you finished the temple? There's a bell at the very end. You went to the depth instead it seems!
I gotta say i’m confused with all this tree talk from emma. I gotta go into some valley. Assuming the depths take me there.
Yes! For Item A
Item B is in a totally different area, Kuro gives you the direction to that area too.

Bloodborne is the GOAT for me. Literally every single bit of it I loved. Missing changing my clothes and the lore and shit here, but it’s still miles above everything else I’ve played since... well, since DS3 I suppose. Bloodborne, DS3, BOTW the games I’ve sunk the most time and enjoyed the most the last few years. Really liked Odyssey and RDR without being blown away.

Really liked Odyssey and RDR without being blown away.Yeah Bloodborne and DS3 are easily the two best games FROM has ever put out. I can't really decide which one I like more. I think I'm fairly close to beating Sekiro and this shit would be Dark Souls 2-tier if not for the incredible level design. Some of the most annoying bosses I've ever come across. But damn does it feel good having a proper jump and grappling hook. Bloodborne 2 should be you as steampunk Batman swinging all over Nu Yharnam and shit.
Bloodborne is overrated as hell. So many shitty bosses and the parry system is so ridiculous it might be broken. Good game though. I do like the art direction and some of the clothes sets. Completely unnecessary tacked on levelling system and weapon maintenance tho
Dark Souls 3 was cool but pretty forgettable.

but honestly, I just can't rank Sekiro with them, it's unapologetically the furthest from your typical Souls game. Even Nioh was closer to a DS clone (mechanically) than this.
Tried fighting the Headless. Ran out of Divine confetti. Not going to even bother farming for more as the drop from these ashina castle dudes is so rare.
Got 3 areas I can go to. Ashina Depths, Sunken Valley and Senpou temple.
Going with the temple first. No idea if i'm doing the areas in the correct order

saving the Confetti was super annoying, the merchants will eventually sell an unlimited supply though.
Bloodbornes performance alone makes it the lesser game. The timing of everything is so fucking terrible, and relying on you accounting for the bad performance all the time. Amazing how badly it performs even on a pro.
Then of course the bootleg lovecraftian style gets boring when it's just the same all the time, and as I mentioned before, I dislike the blood vial system compared to the Estus flasks ways of doing it.
While I dont miss the RPG elements much in Sekiro, I do miss the customization of appearance a bit. But then again, character creators is my love.

Finished up on the Senpou Temple - liked the way they set up the monkey battle, changed it up a bit.
Made it to fountainhead palace Like the other souls games, it's starting to wear out it it's welcome.

Personally think every Soulsborne game goes on about a third too long. Except DS2, which is about three thirds too long.

agreed. could cut down the swamp part of every game at least.
