The HDR part is the most important and relevant item here.
gonna be neat when ms has to stop taking a bath on gamepass subsidizing and hike it to 14.99 a month

Ultimate is already 14.99
But I get what you're saying
By Red Blaster Go To Postms still doing the bs of console and pc gamepass having separate listsThey invested a fuck ton of money on Gamepass to bring some people over to Xbox to try and regain some market. They will try and get some games for PC but they will never make a big effort as they do for console.
Still, it's pretty nice they are getting the Yakuza and Final Fantasy games on PC.

By Pennywise Go To PostI meant on the PC Gamepass.
By rodeoclown Go To PostGuys, where's my Battletoads updateyou really want an update to that game? i played it and it looked horrendous.
By rodeoclown Go To PostEnding the show on Wasteland 3…and???????????
By blackace Go To Postand???????????It looks fine, but I'm not great at tactical RPGs. It's just interesting how behind the game Microsoft is. It opened E3 and then they closed XO with it.
But they did spend all that money to buyout the publishing rights, so they have to be, I suppose.
By /sy Go To Postobsidian were probably in dire straits if they were working on this before MS bought themThey certainly were. They were literally relying on Kickstarter to make games, remember? Then they had two back-to-back commercial failures in Tryanny and Pillars 2. They made Outer Worlds with like 75 people for not very much money.
They have a big, traditional Obsidian game in development for Scarlett, though. That's what the bulk of their studio is working on.
The big two games missing from this list are Final Fantasy’s two MMOs, Final Fantasy XI and XIV. However, speaking to members of the press at X019 earlier today, Microsoft’s gaming chief, Phil Spencer, said that the company plans to bring Final Fantasy 14 to the service at a later date. “I wanted you to know, rest assured that we will be bringing that game to Xbox,” said Spencer. “We have a great relationship with Yoshida-san and we’re working through what it means to bring [to Xbox] a cross-platform MMO that they’ve run for years.”https://www.theverge.com/2019/11/14/20964604/final-fantasy-microsoft-xbox-game-pass-vii-viii-ix-x-zodiac-age-remaster-xiii
By DY_nasty Go To PostWasteland kinda sucksI really liked 2... However they need better, bigger maps
All the moves I've seen look good tbh. The draw distance on Pokemon on the field is the only shite thing I've seen
Rares game looks pretty but it is going to be a another online shared experience service game isn't it?
Got to level 10 with all the Diablo 3 classes (except Barbarian which I'll do later) to see which class to go through the campaign with as a seasonal
Not much closer to deciding than I was at the start, they're all a lot of fun. Leaning towards Demon Hunter largely because of that Rapid Fire skill. I would go Necro but they seem a bit hands off, you place the skills and summon the skeletons and sit back while they do the work.
Wish there was a rogue archetype with dual wielding, mobility and critical hitting. I guess Monk fits, but I'm not a fan of their armour so far.
Does the female armour tend to look as good as male?

By Hitch Go To PostGot to level 10 with all the Diablo 3 classes (except Barbarian which I'll do later) to see which class to go through the campaign with as a seasonalI can't remember the name of the option, but there is one that lets you turn off the skill locking. So you can put whatever skill combinations you want. Lets you go fully caster Necro or Witch Doctor, for instance.

Also, WD is my favorite because of how gonzo it is. AMA about it.
e: the Demon Hunter can dual wield 1h crossbows, btw, and has builds focused around mobility and critting
e2: really, everyone has builds based around mobility and critting because that's how you beat the toughest Greater Rifts and get the best loot lol
I'm sure I've mentioned this before, but during the development of the original RDR, one guy spent 3 months just working on the wires that go between telegraph poles. After 3 months, all he had achieved was something like:
--. . . . . . . . . .--
. . .---. . . . ---
.........-----
I think it's fair to say Rockstar have tended to rely on huge budgets to cover up their weaknesses, rather than enhance their strengths

By jjasper Go To PostRares game looks pretty but it is going to be a another online shared experience service game isn't it?At the least, they did confirm that the game does have narrative director working on it, which is more than Sea of Thieves had going for it.
My hope from the trailer is that it's less shared world and more of a co-op experience.
By LFMartins86 Go To PostRed Dead Redemption 2 PC port : Core drain rate and weight loss rate is directly and incorrectly bound to whatever fps the game is running at.
Reason why this is a problem - Arthur will be at his lowest weight very fast no matter what you do if yo have a high fps and your cores will always be low.
How can you fuck this so much?
PC gets the hardcore survival mode we all wanted.
I actually use food and tonics now lol.
Bigger and more real issue is that I'm pretty certain that day/night cycle and weather is tied to frame rate too, which means days move really fast unless you play in 30fps molasses mode (which nobody should ever do unless they fucking hate themselves).

minor sw story spoilers
I thought the thing about dual light sabers is that they're hard as fuck to make and use, which is why only maul uses it? not just some welding on a work bench? lmao

Monk was my favorite class to play on SC. HC I liked WD specifically because sitting back protects you from death. Each season used to see tweeks so that the most effective builds for greater rifts changed.
Exploding Palm is one of the most rewarding skills in the game IMO. Not sure about build viability now, but when I played, you laid out a bunch of palms cyloned groups in and dropped a bell for massive explosions.
