Strengthened talent development in Danish esports.
A common vision for esports integrity, including suggestions for efforts that can counter cheating, skin betting, toxicity, etc.
How community and movement, including in association regimes, can become a greater part of the players' everyday life.
How the esports can attract more women.
How to create good commercial development opportunities for growth, entrepreneurship and employment for esports in Denmark.
Other focus areas (revision of laws, rules, etc.) that can support the development of esports.
“We must ensure a good framework for the sport. Esports is quickly developing economically, where Danish teams like Astralis are in the elite," said Danish Minister of Culture Mette Bock. "However, the research shows that large groups of especially young boys have changed their leisure habits and patterns of socializing. It opens up opportunities, but also raises concerns, not least among many parents. The upcoming esports panel will also address this."

Its tasty but it still has the feeling of a high end 1st generation headset rather than the next leap forward. The Knuckles controllers are a big upgrade over Vive wands but they are very expensive. Oculus Touch has been around a couple of years now but these should be more immersive.
I am excited that this could finally lead to Valve releasing some actually games. I feel sorry for Vive owners who paid the extra premium because they were fans of Valve because 3 years in and all they have released is a tech demo. Facebook are a scummy company but at least they are investing in games.
Reviews for the Oculus Quest came out yesterday and its being well received because it gets rid of cables and is easy to set up.

the only time i ever use VR is when i do a VR night with friends and just download every "good" game that came out since the last one and play them for like 10 minutes each. other than that i will never touch those stupid devices.

Rage 2 looks a dozen times better.
Watched the gameplay reveal. Have a bulleted summary of things I find notable or care about:
- weapons have alternate firing modes
- a vardoff pistol was shown going between normal bullets and micro missiles
- they also mentioned a minigun having a grenade launcher, another gun switching between fire and ice bullets
- there is also sliding and clambering onto platforms
- looks like some cover is destructible now, too
- art style is virtually unchanged
- kicking barrels at enemies is also now a thing you can do
- oil is flammable so it looks like there is a little bit more environmental interaction
- the dialog seems like it will be worse, though
- there is instance looting now so you don't have to compete with your teammates for drops; it is also an optional feature
- all content balances to the level of the players which means even higher level players can play with their low level friends and not just make things unfun
- or you can play "classic mode" which works like how previous bl games worked
- there is a reload/refill all ammo prompt at ammo vending machines
- a lost and found loot box at the hub
- a target range
