Then on top, there is all the work plans for individual students who needs it (could be socially or if they just have a hard time following the class work), which usually is usually both getting the parents in for some meetings and eventually agreeing on some kind of plan for students having a hard time, and requesting assistance. I'm not even a teacher (pedagogue), and I have spent an extreme amount of time on the latter, especially requesting funds for students to have a help/support teacher.
