Probably my best year so far, but that's not saying much considering I was a fuck up my whole life.

No real goal except trying to find a better paying job and breaking my CS addiction

2018 was working on myself
2019 is understanding the work I've done to myself and using it instead of continuing to have a negative view of myself in my head that leads to people taking advantage of it.

Basically I'm going to stop being such a little bitch in 2019. Also going back to school and picking up a second job.

2018 was a so-so. I made some hard decisions during November, hopefully some of them pay off in 2019.

Also I've started learning French on my own, hoping I'll have at least a good understanding of the written form.

I changed jobs in the last 3rd of 2018. Leaving behind the mortgage industry and a company that was not in a good spot creatively or financially (although my group was never affected by the layoffs). I returned to tech and now work for an organic food distributor. Past 3 months have been good for me as I am dealing with less stress, enjoy what I'm doing more, and get paid way better too. And immediate family + my cat are all healthy, so I'm happy about that.

Other stuff (games, sports, general entertainment) has been good. It's all trivial stuff, so not really worth calling out, but it's been a good year from that standpoint.

Goals wise, I am in a better position to save more money now. I'm back on track with saving more money each month. Part of that focus is on saving to make some vehicle related decisions in February and April of 2020.

2018 started awful but ended on a decent note. Learned a lot about myself and felt good to leave a toxic ass environment (and facebook too for that matter). Hopefully I can continue and cone to terms with my negative feelings and pessimistic outlook bit by bit in 2k19.

Only real goals for 2k19 is stay safe, stay sane and meet good people. Get better @ savin money too of course.
