Not that I'm upset about it, just weird seeing how we're the 2 seed still when Memphis has the tiebreaker.
Wall better destroy Conley tonight.
By IWMTB19 Go To Post Paul George back tomorrow.
insanely stupid
I wonder if George purposefully chose Easter Sunday to tie into the resurrection angle, lol.
That would be dumb as shit, but I wouldn't put it past him.
By Forever Go To PostHey remember all that shit you talked early in the season about magical 4th quarters and record breaking offenses and how the media wasn't respecting you as a contender for the 2nd seed?
You'd think you'd learn to manage your expectations at some point. The only things you can count on until eternity are not winning anything and getting your fraud ass exposed by the Nets.
Raptors am fuck shit indeed.
"You guys and your division title and your home court playoff spot are so dumb!"
By Dark PhaZe Go To Post Can the pacers beat the Cavs with George?
They couldn't even beat the out-of-gas LeBron Heat last season.
By Dark PhaZe Go To Post Fatigued Heat were better than these Cavs imo
Nah.
By IWMTB19 Go To PostNah.
When was the last time a bottom-10 defensive team made it to the Finals?
By reilo Go To PostWhen was the last time a bottom-20 defensive team made it to the Finals?
wouldn't bottom 20 mean anyone outside of the top 10?
By Diprosalic Go To Postwouldn't bottom 20 mean anyone outside of the top 10?
Sorry, meant bottom-10. Just woke up haha.
By reilo Go To PostWhen was the last time a bottom-20 defensive team made it to the Finals?
Probably not since that 40-42 Moses Malone led Rockets team lucked into there (they were 16th, but out of 23 teams so still in the bottom two thirds?), but the Heat last year weren't really Finals quality either, they just went up against a bunch of shit teams in the playoffs (and the Pacers with Hibbert having personal struggles were a shit team).
By reilo Go To PostSorry, meant bottom-10. Just woke up haha.
dunno then, Miami-Mavs 06 was 17 vs 12.
2001 Lakers were such an anomaly and a core that won it the year before and the ultimate "turn-it-on" team of all time. Only one that's got that kind of experience on the Cavs is Lebron.
But anyway, that's my greater point. The Cavs are shit defensively, it'll be pretty difficult for them to make it if their defense is as bad as it's been.

Yeah. The Hawks are a bad rebounding team, but I still don't see how they lose a series to Cleveland. They move the ball better, they have shooters up and down the roster, they're better defensively. They're just better.

The Cavs are going to be getting calls like nobody's business. I'm curious to see if the Hawks can keep it up in the playoffs.
By Red Blaster Go To Post one of kyrie or love might pull a ryan anderson as well and bron can't do what he did in the 2009 ecf anymore
He's still having an MVP calibre season. I don't think the Cavs have the balance to beat the Spurs or Warriors in a 7 game series. Anybody else in the league though? I'm not counting them out.
By IWMTB19 Go To Post Paul George back tomorrow.
By viakado Go To Post supremely idiotic that pg is coming back this soon.
Well, he's pretty much used up the entire recovery timetable. So its not like he's being OKC'd or anything
Its still pretty crazy that I saw his bone pop out of his body just last year.
By knux-future Go To Post Cousins will catch a body soon. Dude is trying to so hard to not the let rage loose on fools every night. I worry if he can keep it up for much longer.
He's gonna get the Kevin Love treatment soon.
By masud Go To Post Kyoto you really bragging about the Atlantic division title? Really brah?
He's Canadian, they pop bottles every time they can put their ice skates on correctly.
This is real:

By Avon Randolph Barksdale Go To Post I went to a Raptors game earlier this season. They have a pretty good fan base considering how popular hockey is over there.
Well, the Leafs haven't been good in like a decade and are extra bad this year, so.

Hell yeah, it's like the intercontinental championship belt of the Eastern Conference. It doesn't mean anything, but it's still fun to have.
I don't understand how Forever is throwing stones through his glass house. Dude, you root for the counterfeit Knicks. Next season your franchise is going to celebrate their 40th anniversary of having won zero NBA championships ever. Your team literally didn't even finish better than 3rd in the division until 1998 - praise be to Keith Van Horn.

Man, your game has fallen right off. That's twice now you've hit me with generic u mad jpegs. That's like the "I know you are but what am I?" of internet trolling. The Alan Anderson of online comebacks, if you will.
By DY_nasty Go To Post Forever, does Brooklyn keep their pick if they make the playoffs?
ATL has the right to swap no matter what.
which means the Nets will pick 29th this year.
ATL has two games against Brooklyn left and it's in their best interest to kick them out of the playoffs.

By knux-future Go To PostJason Maxiel is still in the league?
wat
i can't even explian why I can't even explain
shit at least we employ made up dudes and not hasbeens who never was.
also this Hornets - Sixers game will be some shit. We only have one PG active while Big Al is out crying into his money, MKG is out hurt ( i.e tired of getting benched for Lance) and Zeller is out too.
I bet Vonleh still won't play so we are looking at Maxiel vs Aldemire.
fuck basketball
