They shipped out Asik for a first (which might turn out alright if they get a decent pick from Nola), they sent out Lin for nothing to up their offer to Chris Bosh, Parson was supposed to be retained after they added Melo or Bosh, but neither went to Houston and Dallas offered him a contract that would keep Houston from adding anyone else due to the cap.

Rather than bet on Parsons/Dwight/Harden they let him go and went with Ariza/Dwight/Harden cause it was cheaper, gave them room to breath financially.

Parsons was great value at around a million, but he thought he was good enough to be our third star and didn't produce like one. I said it before and I'll say it again Ariza + Brewer > Parsons.

The Rockets should've done a better job with Lowry and Bosh, instead of rolling out the red carpet for an over the hill, non-defensive player with no aspirations to win a championship.

I wonder what Trevors mid range shooting is like...must be god awful, same with his at the rim stuff, because 7 threes a game at nearly 35% really isn't terrible, so the fact that he's a 40% overall shooter this year must speak really badly on the rest of his offensive game right now.

He's also been second banana most of the year when at best he's supposed to be fourth. Hopefully we upgrade the PG spot so he's not trying to play playmaker

15.8 points (41.7% from 3), 7.3 rebounds, 4 assists, 1.9 steals.

17.6 points (40.% from 3), 5.1 rebounds, 2.9 assists, 1.2 steals.

Guess who's getting paid 14.7 million and who's getting 8.6.

Ariza covers for Harden in a way Parsons wouldn't, and I hope that continues into the playoffs.

I mean, I dunno.  I knew a couple of ridiculously hot, very intelligent women who worked as escorts to get through school.  I think it was a terrible idea and I told them so, and they learned I was right.  But there's a certain type of woman who's going to do it either way, so I guess doing it with the uber-rich Laker guy who by all accounts treated them well is better than most.

In regards to Buss its not tricking if you can afford it, and the cosmic karma of being a perv ended up with his daughter being in playboy herself. So that should be enough schadenfreude for your playa haters.

With that said I feel bad for the Lakers fans its pretty clear that jeanie would have a better grasp of their team situation. She's spent her whole life basically running one team or another. Eventually she'll likely take over the Lakers but its going to require hitting rock bottom first.
