I think WCS going ~10th was a long shot a few weeks ago. Now he's practically a 5th/6th overall lock.
If teams draft by need and LA drafts before 5th I guess WCS really could go to Charlotte. That'd be great for them.

By Zeus Ex Machina Go To PostI wonder do the knicks try to trade Hardaway for a first rounder….They can't get a first rounder for him.
Gortat said he loves playing with Nene but wants to play with a stretch-4 more often next season.
translation: goddamn nigga aint shit
Positive that if we actually played PJ Hairston instead of letting Gary Neal play blindfolded to support his charity then he would've made 2nd team
Waiters got on the first team ahead of MKG in 2013 LOLOMG
also, why the fuck did Exum get any votes? Noel and Mirotic not being unanimous is weird too. I get being split between Smart and Clarkson, Smart was ehh for chunks of the season and Clarkson only got PT the last half.

By Dark PhaZe Go To Postlol WCSif we let biz walk, i'd be 100% down for it
man if Charlotte does that dumbass shit…
but then there's the possibility we let biz walk, take someone like oubre because jordan likes him or something, and MKG boycotts basketball in protest
WCS at 9th overall sounds really good to me, I'd be ok taking him 5th TBH. I'd be really surprised to see a 7 foot defensive center fall below top 10, really really shocked.
By diehard Go To PostHood woulda got first team if he wasnt injured
thats right, i'm on the hype train
Hood looks legit, same with that CJ guy from the Blazers

Noel legit didn't get on one dudes bored because of purity of the game (i.e our record) which would be cool if he didn't have Lavine and Langston Galloway on the team...y'know teams with worse records than us.
but outside of that guy, he probably wasn't unanimous because of his awwwwfull start to the season. Dude was legit shook and couldn't catch for shit the first two months of the season.
By diehard Go To PostHood woulda got first team if he wasnt injuredMaybe, he ended the season well, if he was able to do it for a whole season he would have deserved to bump Elfrid to 2nd team.
thats right, i'm on the hype train
Wiggins Noel should have been unanimous, Clarkson should be ahead of Payton, probably Nikola too and I'd drop Jusuf from 2nd team for Tarik Black
By knux-future Go To Posthe probably wasn't unanimous because of his awwwwfull start to the season. Dude was legit shook and couldn't catch for shit the first two months of the season.
yea but a great second half is more than enough to put him well ahead of the other options imo
By RBK Go To PostSuns probably have the longest track record of choking in NBA history. You, yet again, show a lack of comprehension of basic English.
Please…not tonight giri.
Nah, I just overlooked you trying to make the point it's no longer a rivalry or relevant anymore.
On the bright side, the Suns have a very small glimmer of hope for the future. They're not the Clippers at least.

Reading about George de Paula and I hope he's available for us.
De Paula is an amazing physical specimen – a 6’6 point guard with a 7’0 wingspan and abnormally large hands that measured in at 10.75 inches wide and 9.5 inches long. He has the longest wingspan and largest hands of any point guard in DraftExpress’ extensive database, and he had the second-longest hands of any player at the combine (even bigger than most centers’ hands). De Paula hit the genetic lottery and NBA teams are very interested, especially since the 18-year-old may not be done growing.
While at the Combine, de Paula says he met with the Los Angeles Clippers, Utah Jazz, Brooklyn Nets, San Antonio Spurs, New York Knicks and Philadelphia 76ers, and he has plenty of workouts scheduled as well.
De Paula’s strengths are his size, playmaking ability and ability to penetrate. He did a great job creating for others and handling the ball during the Combine’s five-on-five. He is also getting better at taking advantage of his size and length, and he displayed his versatility and defensive potential at the Combine by guarding multiple positions.People harp on about our draft picks but we acquire serviceable rookies every year regardless; Plumlee two seasons ago, Bogdanovic and Markel Brown last year. All of them have started and been productive for long stretches.
However, there are several aspects of his game that he needs to continue to work on since he’s so early in his development. He is trying to become a better defender, which should come in time since his physical tools should make him a match-up nightmare for opposing point guards. He has also been working on his jump shot while at IMG, which is a huge part of his development. He can be inconsistent with his shot and, as he acknowledges, needs to overcome his nerves and improve his confidence.
By psychintellect Go To PostDidn't you say that kasarev had superstar potential or some shit like that forever?I said if he ever learned to leave the strip clubs and I stand by that.
He's not going to leave the strip clubs.
Dude has all the talent in the world but not a drop of work ethic or discipline. It's such a fucking waste. But you'd know all about that with Beasley lol.
By Moris Go To PostSlaent thoughts on Tokoto? He hasn't shown up since the raps lost, right? I hope he's okay.

By Moris Go To PostSlaent thoughts on Tokoto? Not NBA ready nor does he have the upside to make up for his lack of skill set.
Size and length isn't that special and his defense doesn't make up for his shots and decision making. Dude is late 2nd round or undrafted.
By Moris Go To PostSlaent thoughts on Tokoto?Jumps super high, can pass a little, cool hair, DY hates him, can't shoot for shit (shit is broke). Rotation Guy at best

Otto dawg about 3 years too late. Don't know why Wizards waited so long.
Knicks have had players on an all rookie team in 4 of the last 5 years despite never having any picks. Its all Isiah from the shadows I'm telling you.
WCS give extremely good vibe for me too, I don't know how the Draft will panned but after 5 years, its seem only WCS that sure bet make some kind of impact.
By unknown Go To Posti will miss tanking, ain't going to front. i know knux will warn me lol.what makes you think yall are done tanking?
You just don't quit after one year breh
Look at this dude thinking Knicks are done tanking, you still have to wait until tomorrow to even know for sure if the tanking worked.
And even if you you get a top pick there's still the threat of a bust. And if the guy you draft is legit, he most likely won't be a net positive for a season or two.

Everyone isn't trying to be the Thunder East though using the draft.

;_;
but no seriously, shitty east and all, it is pretty hard to go from the worst team in the league to not complete dogshit in a year. Melo would have to come back fully, the rookie has to be y'know good, and you guys have to actually attract actual FAs and stuff. You may not be as bad as your were this year but you probably still will be bad. Like I am already copping pleas about our season next year...we will still suck hard too.,,.and we are deeper into our rebuild. Shit look at Orlando...this takes time.
Don't take my advice...just ask DY. Trolling is all he has left now.
