Add in the fact that your perimeter won't be able to hang with any of those teams either and you're looking at "hopeful"s at best. Early in the year too… NY's got too many new additions to come out of the gate hot.
I think Toronto is gonna be trash the more I look at their style of play and roster though. They're most likely the team to not make the playoffs at all after being there last year imo.
I'm not sold on the Hawks. They lost a huge player this year and were exposed in the playoffs. And the Magic being a tier above NY? Come on...they were skirting the lottery. Magic have a huge interior presence with Nikola and a solid point, but Harris remains to be seen if he can really rise up and be that 20/10 guy every night. That and the rest of the Magic bench is downright awful...and that's my #2 team.
Edit: I should clarify that I'm cautiously optimistic about this season. Not delusional. :p

Here's the thing though...broken Melo last year still averaged 24/7/3. Healthy Melo will surely be better than that. I genuinely believe he won't have an issue being back on the court. He'll still be putting up MVP-esque numbers like he did in 2012/13 and 13/14.
