Thankfully Presti's drafting might have saved us. Drafted Reggie in the 20s, which allowed us to replace Perk with an actually useful center, add KD's college roommate at backup PG, and fill in the bench with a nice utility player in Singler.
Add in guys like Adams (12th overall), McGary (22nd overall), Abrines (32nd overall) and Payne, and the future is still bright.
And as I said, Kanter's contract will not hinder our ability to re-sign any of the other core players.

Do you hear yourself man? The man had no reason to lie, it would actually have been much better for him to say he was happy to be in Houston regardless of his real feelings. Even after getting the keys to Houston he said if it were up to him he'd still be in OKC with KD and YNot.
