By vire Go To PostI don't know all too much about him aside from the 4 games I saw him play in the summer league, but he's done really really well in the SL. I'm surprised the Heat didn't scoop him up after seeing what he could do.Can he play center?
He's a 25 y/o D-Leaguer, so he seems like more of a finished product than a typical rookie, but still rough around the edges. He was averaging a double double + in every game so far I think and played pretty solid defense.
By Forever Go To PostCan he play center?I think so, even though he's 6'9, he has a really long wingspan and was easily getting boards over a lot of the other centers in the SL league games. He got a few blocks also.
I would have liked him as a backup center for the Heat since we are lacking a bit there.

Nets have done quite well so far given what they had to work with.
Draymond by himself made me root against a Warriors team that I fucking loved outside of him
But his taint was so goddamned strong it infected the whole damn fruit

By SamuraiX- Go To PostIf Olshey pulls some Lin/Asik-esque Morey magic…Oh my God are they really going to poison pill this shit? With backloaded salaries and trade kickers and everything?

For Enes Kanter? Are they stealth tanking?

And I thought this off-season couldn't have more nightmares. Pls match, OKC. I need to laugh at Dongo. It's all I have left.
By SamuraiX- Go To Poststrap yourself inThis is punishment for Reilo's trolling sins.
trade kicker too...shiiii OKC gonna give up Kanter or bet on an offense only center when 3 of your starters get you ~70 points a night by themselves.
By Forever Go To PostThis is punishment for Reilo's trolling sins.I've only trolled the Rockets and Knicks the last few years. That doesn't even count.
By Forever Go To PostThis is punishment for Reilo's trolling sins.
Gondo too, tho his is more shitting on an organization than trolling. Thunder are kinda fucked either way it feels like.
26 mil in luxury tax too if OKC doesn't unload other contracts....no way this ends well for OKC either ownership continues its cheap ways and gives up another asset for shit return or lock themselves into a bad contract.
Olshey and Kanter clearly expect us to match.
I still think we'll do it and we probably should, but man this one stings.

Like, holy shit. I like Kanter but Portland would be saving OKC from themselves.
Let him fucking walk Presti.

Man, what happened to Portland this year is just tragic.
1. Lose Aldridge
2. Lose Matthews
3. Lose Lopez
4. Sign Kanter for 70 million
If something like that happened to the Heat... holy fuck.

You would think that, but with the cap going up and the fact they moved Reggie to get him....... Maybe they double down
By obijkenobi Go To PostSo what will the Thunder look like if they don't have Kanter? Can't thry bring back Perkins? They would probably still have the best roster in the league of they let Kanter walk.
Let him fucking walk OKC.
By KingGondo Go To PostOlshey and Kanter clearly expect us to match.i'm rooting for you guys to take this L and let him walk

i won't even clown Presti for it
Lol. OKC is definitely matching. If they skimp on the tax this year might as well give KD a farewell party now.
By psychintellect Go To PostThey would probably still have the best roster in the league of they let Kanter walk.Seriously go find some dude for the vet minimum that wants to chip and they the dude walk.

No one can claim they have thr best roster until we see how Kd's food is tho. :/
By D'Moris Russell Go To PostLose-Lose situation at its finest. No way Presti saw this coming when he acquired him.Bropez is laughing his ass off somewhere in the back aisles of Forbidden Planet.
Just a reminder that Kanter made 5.6 million this past year.
He would jump up to 17.5 million with the next contract. get paid.

By HasphatsAnts Go To PostLol. OKC is definitely matching. If they skimp on the tax this year might as well give KD a farewell party now.I agree. If the perception was that we were cheap before because of the Harden trade, so we can't really not match now.
Although the ridiculousness of this deal (including a rumored 15% trade kicker) make it awfully tempting not to match.
By obijkenobi Go To PostNo one can claim they have thr best roster until we see how Kd's food is tho. :/
Also they got to figure a lineup of Kanter/Ibaka could work really well for spurts against most teams. And they want to keep KD around. Also they got a new Coach and the cap going up means.
They legit might match.
LOL all the years trolling caught up to Reilo. DY has hit the end of the cycle, shaved his head, given up sex to be forgiven for all his sins.

Also they got a new Coach and the cap going up means. We probably will match, but it will be because the Blazers (and Kanter) leveraged us to the max. Kanter was ass on defense with Serge, and he was ass on defense with Rudy Gobert.

If we match Donovan had better ride this dude's ass in practice so hard.
