By reilo Go To PostRT @WojYahooNBA: Yahoo Source: Clippers, DeAndre Jordan meeting was short. It was clear he was returning to them. Then they started to play cards.
Hahahahahah so good
How does Broussard still have a job at ESPN?
I think I answered my own question.

So...Lebron is still a free agent.
And Tristan Thompson still hasn't officially been signed.
Dan Gilbert might need to stock up for a camping trip. Just in case he has to do a stakeout next week...for reasons.

The Decision > MeloDrama > Dwightmare >HostageSituationDay in terms of professionalism. It's clear that fuckery is increasing at an exponential rate right now in NBA negotiations so what will happen in KD's free agency?

Aside from the overall humor and absurdity in all this mess, I was kinda shocked he would go to the Mavs in the first place. I think DAJ is well within his right to change his mind and do what he's gotta do as well. As more comes out we'll see how pathetic the clips look, but if they get their guy, I doubt they give a fuck.
I'm more curious what the league does after this. Rule changes and whatnot. What does Cuban do? Especially after his comments regarding tanking. The league has got some shit to deal with ...

Does Dirk get a refund from Cuban?
Let's be real, can Cuban really offer anyone shit other than money? I can't imagine he's entertaining or suave but I could be wrong.
give us Parsons and Dirk for a lottery protected 1st and a cameo in house of cards or lose your fucking pick
your move cuban

Marc Stein tweeted out he thinks the other NBA teams are going to join the Mavs in complaining. What's to stop teams/players from conspiring to fuck over their rivals like this is basically what he said.

By diehard Go To PostAm i the only one who thinks this is actually good for the Mavs? This was a start to a decent young core. Now the Mavs have nothing. I dunno. They don't even have a pick guaranteed if they tank because of the lottery. This is just another year wasted.
Tom Penny and the Reirom lets party Dallas a lottery team! We get their pick if it not in the top 7!

Better than being a treadmil 8th seed signing vets at league minimum. They just need to keep Carlisle through the rebuild.

Going into my first true free agency as an NBA player this off-season, the one thing that mattered to me the most was finding a team that would be a good fit for me. I wanted to be on a team where I would be able to play freely and truly play the game I love with joy again. That has always been the most important thing to me. After a LOT of prayer and long discussions with family and friends, I wanted to personally let you guys know I'll be joining the Charlotte Hornets.
My journey has never looked the way I (or anyone else) thought it would, but God has always worked things out for my good and I am confident that he will continue to do so. I want to thank Coach Clifford and the Hornets organization for this opportunity - for taking the time to talk to me, understanding my game, and most importantly, making it clear they believe in me. For those of you who have been patiently waiting for news, from the bottom of my heart, thank you for joining me on this journey. To the Lakers organization and the city of Los Angeles, thank you for your support this past season.
I have no idea what is coming next, but I promise I will do everything in my power to contribute to this team and to improve as a player and as a person. Here’s to the next chapter! #audienceofOne #BuzzCity

So much fuckery. Clippers are by far the biggest heels in the league right now.
Because Clips just proved that the system, as it currently operates, actually encourages teams to convince players to renege on their word

Carlisle won't stay with a rebuild. Pretty sure he'd leave if they tank. The DJ thing is gonna cause a large shakeup I think
Mavs are paying Wes and Parsons a combined $30 million as they come off achilles and possibly microfracture surgery, respectively. They owe a pick with little protection to the Celtics, a pick they traded for Rondo who literally quit on them. They ended today locked outside the house of a player who shoots 40% from the free throw line.
Meet the new Clippers.
