Phil gave an interview leading up to the draft where he said that due to getting #4 they had to change what FA big they were going to target this summer. It could mean nothing but it makes you wonder if Monroe had been the main target when they thought they could draft Towns and now West and a more defensive center is the target since they got KP.

Price doesn't matter, they'll be over the cap regardless of who is playing center, going forward I don't think you choose Chandler over Jordan. Their depth issue is pretty serious too and Tyson has been averaging 30 mpg for the past 5 seasons or so and Clips have no one the roster right now who can play center.
Tyson is better than losing DAJ outright but it's a definite step backwards.

Deng at 10 mil isn't terrible for 15/4 wing, you just can't count on him being 100% and if they keep Wade their team is top heavy with injury prone guys, recipe for disaster, Winslow should be huge for them if he pans out.
Miami could very easily hit that cap next offseason very fast without improving much if they go to bat for Wade.

Grant is a guy I knew about and watched in the tourney. He's real solid, definitely will play 20+ minutes if not start the season. Excellent PnR player and heady passer. As for Afflalo, I buy him as an inexpensive depth signing. Don't see him as a starter though.
