Coventry City's parent companies have applied for permission to appeal the decision of top judges not to allow a judicial review into the sale of the Ricoh Arena.
The legal battle has already cost taxpayers in the city almost £1million, according to Coventry City Council.
But it might not yet be over for months.
To recap. Our deal to play at the Ricoh Arena ends this season, Wasps won't negotiate with us until SISU stop the court procedures and the EFL have told us that we won't be allowed to play outside the city next season. And these cunts have just appealed the latest ruling, again.

Hahaha.
Kekekekeke
I feel like Penny is a little bit too cocky at the moment, and it could come back to bite him. Bayern has certainly arisen from worse situations and competed (see winning the league).
Yesterday the bald old man at least showed his class again. Surely Bayern could use some fresh blood, but they're still a huge club with a lot of money. They'll be back before you blink your eyes.
And we've got an interesting last group match in the CL coming for us. If we beat them we can even win the group. Would have never dreamt to think of this scenario beforehand.

It's a slippery slope.
By Linius Go To PostI really hope Liverpool will do one on PSG. Would be fun to see them crash out in the group stages.Naw, it's going to be full on Lolerpool tonight.

I'm just enjoying FC Hollywood.
This isn't laughing about Wenger, this is about the sentence they said to the press yesterday, that Kovac will stay.
It's just hilarious. Not that long ago on their legendary press conference where they said they'll defend Kovac until it get's bloody and that he will stay while they're obviously already having talks behind his back.
Another thing is, they attacked the press and threatened lawsuits because the press criticized Bayern players, while Hoeneß blamed Bernat for dropping out of the CL. On Saturday when they lost, Hoeneß just said to the press "you should analyze the players behaviour and criticise them heavily for their abysmal performances".
It's just great entertainment Batong.
Yesterday Hoeneß told the honorary captain Paul Breitner to not visit the VIP seats again, because Breitner said the press conference was bad (he wasn't attacking anyone, but actually made some objective arguments).
I'm just enjoying things.
I know exactly that they'll spend a shitload of cash during summer and they'll win the league next year for sure.
Heck, I'm not even sure we can do it this year, because Gladbach and Frankfurt are also on a roll recently.
Whatever happens, this season is just wonderful so far.

By Kidjr Go To PostYep starting to believe fury can do it. All depends on his condition, if he's anything close to 80% or above he literally boxes the ears of wilder. He will start to look good but in the championship rounds 6- onwards) I fear his feet will slow.
If I was wilder I'd work his body 1-6 then when he inevitability slows down catch him for the KO. If fury just jabs and dances and makes this ugly wilder will loose.
they're not airing the fight here. bummer.
will either have to catch a(n unreliable) stream or torrent it the next morning.
By Laboured Go To PostAbsiolutely incredible.Talk about really killing the final.
Does the fuckery make it more of an attractive competition outside South America than it would be if it had passed without incident?
I suppose it makes sense to do it in a warm country since Argentina is in summer right now, but I'm gonna bet that thought didn't even cross the minds of the South American FA
am i the only one who is consistently in awe of the fact that i can download several films weighing in at about 10 gigs each in a matter of minutes?

and even then 70% of the time it was either a different song or was sampled at like 11 bits
i was an awful kid when i used napster
i would sometimes wait for the other guy to reach 99% and then i'd cancel the download
i'm so sorry, fellow pirates ;_;

Piece about Ian Wright on the BBC: https://www.bbc.com/sport/football/46357587 His stepfather sounds like a right cunt.
Wright was born in Woolwich, South London, before moving to a house share with his family in Brockley and then on to a home of their own.
But Wright would spend as much time as he could kicking a tennis ball against a wall outside, in part to avoid being bullied by his stepbrother and, in particular, his stepfather.
"He was a weed-smoking, gambling, coming-home-late kind of guy," said Wright.
"I don't know why, but he didn't like me in particular."
One of the things that got to football-mad Wright the most was being forced to stand and look the other way when Match of the Day came on.
"My stepdad used to take that away from us," he added. "Just because he could.
"Depending on what mood he was in, he'd come into the bedroom just before it started and he'd say, 'Turn around. Turn around to the wall'.
"We had to face the wall the whole time Match of the Day was on. And the really cruel thing was that we could still hear everything. It was awful. I would cry myself to sleep whenever he did it."

By LFMartins86 Go To PostSelling a bunch of starting players and getting shitty replacements. They lost Fabinho, Lamar and Moutinho but they signed Henrichs, Golovin, Chadli and a number of other talented young players. Some drop off from finishing 2nd is understandable, but this is just unfathomable really.
It looks like he’s playing 2 17 year olds and an 18 year old today so okay, no shame in losing to Atletico but otherwise it’s so inexplicable for them to be so bad.
