It's getting pretty ridiculous how much attention these two get in the media. In normal times we would consider them as two youngsters who just started making steps in our first team and will be at the club for at least 2 or 3 more years. Especially Frenkie is on frontpages of sports papers everywhere on a weekly basis. Hopefully Overmars will at least ask 100 million each, all a matter of ask and demand in the end innit.
It's almost hard to enjoy our current season knowing the hell that will come when this season ends. We're probably selling most of our valuable players. We really need to harvest this season. But with PSV also in pretty great form I'm afraid we're gonna end up in second place and we'll never see the full potential of this squad.
