And irrespective of his pep talk I just don't think he is a good enough coach for what is needed in this era of football. A better coach/manager would get more out of the set of attackers and midfielders we have on hand. I am simply not sure what is happening in the defense given its the same set of players as last season yet the are conceding so much.
