Stay Safe Osaka and Kansai; Devastating Typhoon 台風21
- Page 1 of 1
Osaka and Kansai is dealing with a huge typhoon, hoping anyone who lives in the area are safe.
This past summer, massive flooding, then killer heatwave, then strongest typhoon in 25 years. Nope, no climate change going on here. Nothing at all.
Ozaki station exploded and is on fire, Kansai Airport is flooded and submerged, Kyoto Station glass is shattered, and multiple places roofs and infrastructure are being peeled off.
It has been devastating this past summer.

By The Frankman Go To PostOh my god that's terrifying. Stay indoors if possible guys.
Doesn't help when shit that breaks off flies into your apart and breaks your window.
My colleagues and friends are in shelters right now, or straight up barred and planked up their place.
At least its just category 1, this could be a lot worse.
Climate change is real as if it wasn't real before. People denying it need to wake up.

It was originally a level 5, the strongest of the year.
Stat safe Japan Slaent, hopefully Perfect Blue’s flight is ok.
Yeah, its the strongest in 20 years in the area. They've been pretty fucked this summer in terms of floods, heat waves, and this.
The outer edges are where the winds stay strongest, iirc. I could be remembering wrong, though.
Glad to hear everyone is safe, so far. This is some scary shit.
