Front 3 were complete shit all game. Close to being done with Lukaku
He had a bad game. It doesn't mean that he has been horrible for us all the time. Quite the opposite.
I want to say that I hope Pogba learns from this, but we have seen time and time again how he's susceptible to those sort of mistakes.
Terrible performance.
Lukaku, Valencia, Sanchez, Lingard all need dropping.
As soon as it went 1-0 up we didn't look like scoring and the only form of attack is still long ball forward.
Mou is past it. The sooner we change, the better.

Agree on Lukaku, Valencia, and Sanchez to be dropped.
Especially Valencia. I'd rather have Fosu in his place that that's saying something.

I love his attitude and commitment, but the basics go awry far too fucking often. If late-stage Rooney was putting these performances in we’d be asking for him to be put down.
By Dan Go To PostHe really did, if he played the ball to the left GG.On the bright side, results like that will make the meltdown more slow and painful than if they were losing.
Honestly think the game has moved past players like Lukaku fitting in as key players at the truly top teams. You need more than what he offers, though what he offers (guaranteed goals against shit teams) is very valuable
By WJD Go To PostHe has far too many games like this for a top striker. No, not really. Last season he was almost always one of our best player on the pitch, not to mention for Belgium.

He had a really bad game and should be dropped for a game or two but he's one of those players where I have no doubt will perform for us most of the time.
By Flutter Go To PostI wont go that far.Lukaku has been trash this season. Couple of tap ins won't change that. Has missed so many easy chances too. Just because he runs about a bit isn't going to change my opinion on the guy. That should be something you always bring. He limits the way we can play and still believe we have no chance of winning the league with him as the main #9.

By Killer7 Go To PostTerrible performance.Puts far too much trust in washed old players. 3 years in and we still have these sort of games.

Unless we score 2-3 early it's panic stations till the last minute and no way of scoring when drawing or losing.
Don't think he'll last this season.
Giroud would be perfect for us.
Preston North End look in trouble. They just can't defend.
Losing 2-0 and they grab a goal on 79 mins and another on 82, just have to see it out for a decent away point. Concede 3 minutes later, rooted to the foot of the table.
Pray for my in-laws.

He hasn't been trash, but he should be better.
It could very well be that he's exhausted. Had his vacation cut short, and have not only played every game but also for Belgium in the friendlies.
...which is also why I dont mind Sanchez being dropped. He had some rest, he didnt appear for Chile. It's not the same for me with Lukaku.

By inky Go To PostLOL implying we are not walking on top of the wreckage already.Burnley, Watford and Young Boys matches have delayed it innit
I don't think his job is in immediate threat because of those results, and a draw against a decent team won't have Woodward looking up Zidane's phone number. It's clearly a matter of time though.
Hope we see more of Dalot. Valencia just doesnt get forward anymore.
Fullbacks have to be the ones creating the width in this team because every other player wants to play inside, yet he's constantly at the half way line. Needs to look at the City and Liverpool fullbacks.

Glazers have to go, Woodward has to go, Mourinho has to go.
Glazers are cunts, plain and simple.
Woodward thinks he's from Midsummer Murders.
Mourinho has lost his edge and lives like a tramp.

We look OK, but given how shit we've been defending headers, we really need to stop handing out free kicks
Passing is a bit better today but better movement needed imo
Brighton just waiting for us to make a mistake and counter

We are in complete control but this is he same as the Watford game, Brighton haven’t started playing yet. If they decide to try and score a goal we need to be ready and not stuck in testimonial mode.
isn't it pretty cool that a video game allowed pele to go to europe for the first time ever. and now we're watching a gran turismo stream with live commentary.
we live in an incredible era, lads.
