I think Nathanial Clyne is leaving btw
Don’t know where
But we’ve not confirmed Fabinho’s shirt number - which previously would’ve been Clyne’s - and now Clyne has left the tour for “family reasons”

By Laboured Go To PostIf anyone needed a reminder why it is objectively Good that Liverpool did not win the CL.It’s The Anfield Wrap who are absolutely fantastic. But fair enough for not enjoying it. Can see why you wouldn’t. Don’t think there’s anything wrong about what he’s saying though.
Let's be straight, if Liverpool don't win something this year, they've utterly failed imo.
It'll be even worse than Mourinho not winning with a billion dollar squad.

Our net spend since 2016 is less than half that of United’s. So in squad value terms we’re pumping far less in versus the value leaving. Last year we lost our best player (at the time); the likes of United and City haven’t had to deal with losing their key players against their will.
I think the idea that we are under pressure comes from a will to undermine what on paper appears to be a really strong and thought-through recruitment plan. We identify players that fit and we ruthlessly recruit them.
United are trying to spunk over £100m on players who did well at the World Cup.

Hell, Liverpool beat City last season thrice, soundly.

By Flutter Go To PostIt has more to do with the current quality of your squad, which now has depth and sorted out the weak bits.I understand that, but that’s as much to do with coaching, style and tactics as it is transfer activity. The idea that we have to win something because we’ve had another successful transfer window (on paper) isn’t hugely logical because from a net spend perspective we aren’t even close to being ahead of United or City.

Both of which are likely to spend again this window. One of which is offering £400k per week to its top end players.

I don’t see the point in discussing what some shit stirrer is lying about on Twitter (which covers about 99% of that service to be fair), but there’s no mention of Africans whatsoever. He says “The fact that marathons go at a slower pace could work in Japan’s favor due to their perseverance.”

Meet me at Sakura Con in April on the karaoke stage, I'll fucking wreck you at any anime theme song. Hell, I'll even let you choose the song. I've been watching anime for 16 years, I've seen it all and read all the mangasas well. Don't you fucking try to tell me my waifu is shit. Asuna is best girl and you know it. Hell, I bet you're one of those casual bois who watch Naruto and saw Pokémon in primary school and think you're hot shit. You don't know anything, baka.

Saying it's illogical to base it on netspend doesn't make sense to me. Liverpool has used the Coutinho money to buy itself a squad that's good enough to win something. The netspend argument is only good in this regard on which club, metaphorically speaking, takes fewer strokes than the rest to make a girl cum.
By Flutter Go To PostWell yes, you have to win something, same as with Spurs, City and United. There is pressure on Liverpool to win trophies this season just like there was last season. We did a phenomenal job and nearly won the biggest of them all. We’ll give it another go this year. Hopefully having a competent goalkeeper and world class midfielder could help us close the gap on United and City, although both have bought at least one big money signing this window.

I’m all out of good pre-season podcast material. All of the big boys haven’t done shit since the World Cup Final. Lazy.

Liverpool definitely has one of the most complete squad this season.
