New Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri would like to sign two Juventus players - Argentine forward Gonzalo Higuain, 30, and Italian defender Daniele Rugani, 23 - but an unofficial "non-aggression transfer pact" means he will not be able to sign several Napoli players he would like. (Evening Standard journalist Tom Collomosse on BBC Radio 5 live)

No.

You have to go on holiday to the country/city of the club and pretend its a souvenir.

Amazing how you can mark on a calendar the point at which he’s going to get bored at a club. Really thought it would be different at United. Seems not.
Oh well United lads, at least you’ll be free of his turgid shit soon.
United, Chelsea and Liverpool all putting together tidy squads. Going to be interesting how they all fuck it up
Oh btw, I'm rather surprised there isn't more talk of Lemina to Spurs/somewhere-like-that in the papers.
He's pretty svelte.
He's pretty svelte.
Did he actually do anything last season?
Don't think there are any Southampton players worth a punt right now

Watched the Mourinho interview and it doesn't seem bad. He's right to be worried when a lot of the first team players have been playing for the World Cup and needs time to recuperate.
The press will most probably ask Poch and Pep the same question later, and I won't be surprised if they say something along those lines as well.

The fade on the home kit makes the players look like they have a growth disorder.
Tottenham have gone for the same approach as United on the home kit. Slab some fade on the gut, which will look fantastic on 53 year old Bob, who’s spent the last decade drinking Tennants exclusively.
Away kit is tasty until you realise it’s just a Nike template.
Our kits are angin this year, especially he Purple Aki away. Our third is quite nice though.
On Mourinho, yes he’s grumpy and yes it probably will implode towards the end of this season, but United finished second last season and I wouldn’t be surprised to see them challenge at the top end again. They’ll make more signings and they’ve already added a quality midfielder.
And when it does go tits up United are probably in a better position than ever to try and lure someone like Poch.

By Bold 2 in One Go To PostIt's the neggy vibe that sucks, it's reflected in the way his team plays.Well yeah, who doesn't hate him for the dull football United played last season.
Just that there was nothing wrong with those answers.
By Cleff Go To PostCan't wait. This fucker doesn't know shit. Same as all the other freelance bloggers turned journalists who are saying the same thing. They just want to be able to say "as I reported 7 months ago, the cracks began to show in the summer" blah blah blah.

phenomenal goals.
By Cleff Go To PostJokes when he actually does turn it around.I guess it depends how his relationship with the players turn out. Im sure he has a lot who love him there, but when your star player has acknowledge that there's 'difficulties'...
It's genuinely exciting and refreshing to not go into the new season with any trepidation :lol

By FermentedFungi Go To PostI was more making a comment on Sarri buying Juve players. You realize he previously managed both the Argentine and Rugani, right? (And that they were both more productive and personally successful under him than they were under Allegri?) He's not snatching the competiton's players; he's bringing back his own.
Mourinho is the type of person that will say that dad of war is so good that he can no longer play other games,

By Lupercal Go To PostAny bets on Chelsea taking the title again with no CL ?
I really doubt it.
I read an article that said this will be the first time Sarri will be managing players who expect to work. His whole thing before has been getting players to buy into his idea that he can help improve them or rejuvenite their careers. That stuff is a lot harder to pull of winners.
Will be really interesting to see how Sarri adopts to the PL.
I am sure he can get 3rd.
1. City
2. Arsenal
3, Chelsea
4. United.
5. Liverpool.
By Lupercal Go To PostAny bets on Chelsea taking the title again with no CL ?
As it stands, I really doubt it, especially because they still have Europa League to contend with.
