I doubt Conte will find it hard to find a job because despite everything falling apart half way through last season he still leaves Chelsea with a great record and 2 major trophies in 2 years. His reputation won't be damaged for getting sacked by Chelsea either because we sack everyone and they always seem to end up at clubs around the level they belong.
Where Conte could potentially harm his future prospects is if he does sue Chelsea for unfair dismissal. He probably has grounds to do so but it would make other clubs weary of employing him.
