Haven't seen any rumors either from the usual places. Is there anything specific?

No idea if he actually unilaterally terminated his contract with Sporting as it was rumoured or if the deal has been between both clubs.
The second half of the first Tara episode of The Inbetweeners is legit some of the worst comedy I've ever seen
Really strange. Its like inserting an scene from How I Met Your Mother into I'm Alan Partridge.

Considering he hardly got any senior experience I doubt we would pay alot, and his release clause was listed at 45m € according to Transfermarkt.
So either the terminated contract thing is true or the rumor is nonsense.
Guess we'll see it in the coming days. Either him or Isak (who is even a year younger and really needs some time on the pitch), one of them would be loaned out. Don't think we'll go into the season without an experienced striker, despite having two wingers who already played that position.
Hope it's just nonsense and you'll keep him. You need your talent after all that turmoil.

Speaking of the contracts that were terminated, Sporting's complaint against Wolverhampton has been leaked.
Think it's the first thing that confirms that Juan Crespo Perez is really working for us, I wrote about him in the past but he is basically the top lawyer in the world for this kind of cases.
It will be interesting to see how this ends.
Podence also signed for Olympiakos today, he is the only other Mendes's player in this mess.
Ruben Ribeiro is on his way to Nantes for 1M€ (twice what we paid for him in January), Betis is working on a deal with Sporting for William and Atlético Madrid is doing the same for Gelson.
Bruno Fernandes has apparently agreed to return us after having is wages doubled and will be announced tomorrow.
How Khedira and Ozil were in the 23 man list in the first place is insane. They are out of form, and Ozil was in the Erdogan photo. Why would you take them to the WC? While having other great players like Sane, Petersen, etc. who could have added a lot more and are way more hungry for minutes.
Ozil is an idiot and Gundogan too. But at least Gundogan added something to the team.
They were doomed without the fussballgott anyway.

Juve using us again to drum up interest for a player they’re trying to flog? Don’t think we’re interested in Pjaca at all. He’s like a shit Mané.
We clearly need somebody who can play instead of Mane, Salah or Firmino though, and they'll definitely be a clear downgrade from those players. If the lads have seen enough of Pjaca to think he's more suitable than Shaqiri, go for it.

Do you really think this link is true? Or do you think it’s the same as Krasic and every other Juventus player that’s not been good enough for them being linked with Liverpool, to try and get other clubs interested?
Pjaca is simply an unproven player coming back from a big injury. He might come good yet, which is why Juve want to maintain control over him. He's likely going to Fiorentina with a buy-back clause. Krasic was shit through and through and he proved it on the pitch. Pjaca ... we'll see.
I see. I still think that if Juve thought he had real potential, they wouldn’t be using the media to try and find a new home for him. And it’s not likely Liverpool will want to be party to that transfer when we stand to gain very little from it in comparison to Juventus.
Unreal, what can you do m8?
If he is unable to change his ways, then theres nothing you can do about him being racist other than tell him to stop being a racist cunt
If being racist puts you off being his friend, then it'll have to be and you should tell him so
This thread has like 4 madrid fans, so slaent on the whole is in a similar situation to you where we have to deal with these kind of bigoted people.

It's hard to say anything for certain when it comes to Pjaca, because of how unlucky he's been these past two seasons. When we bought him in 2016 I had high hopes (the grass was greener, the light was brighter). During those first few months he was both a delight and a source of frustration. Clearly a natural talent with great technique and a sensational physique, but also severely lacking in football intelligence. Unlike Krasic, who was simply born stupid (far as football goes), with Pjaca it seemed they never even bothered developing his football IQ through training. Then, just as he was starting to show some feeble signs of improvement, he cracked his fibula. He was supposed to recover in a matter of weeks ... it took him 3 months. He came back in January 2017, scored a goal for us in CL ... and did his ACL. He was out for 6 months and then, being too far behind everybody and with little to no chance of getting the playing time he needed to recover, got loaned to Schalke. And here we are.
My sensation is that Allegri has more or less given up on developing him and doesn't want to deal with the situation, when he already has more wingers than he can rotate. He said something about trying to convert Pjaca into a striker, which sounds like a great idea on paper, given his general explosivness, dribbling and close ball control. If only his finishing was better. I don't know. Hopefully he'll get a full season and live up to his potential.

Sounds like Sturridge’s story
He’s got fantastic footwork, that is true. His passing and shooting are both inexplicably poor, so he’d have trouble in the false 9 role, which he looks built for otherwise.
