Two points arise:
1. His failure is tied to Woodward's. If he goes so does Wooders because it's been 5 years of relative failure (even if Wooders gets moved 'upstairs'.)
2. Any of the managers we'd want to replace him would not be available until the end of the season (Blanc and Zidane being possible exceptions).
So I'd be surprised if the divorce happened until next summer.
