Some ESPN dude who owed his agent a favour, probably. I don't think anybody ever doubted Kerr had the inside track on that job.

Sources reporting Dolan and Jackson are butting heads already. Jackson wants to fire a number of long time Knick execs, such as Allan Houston and Steve Mills, but Dolan is asking him not to for loyalty reasons.

While I have to appreciate Dolan's loyalty to his long time friends, sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do when making changes.
