We have some very limited and predictable players making us very easy to defend against.
Young - decent but predictable,
Valencia - same, telegraphs every move
Smalling - buff siad
Lukaku - the touch of a Catholic priest
Fellaini - I've seen quadriplegic sumo wrestlers with better mobility.
Matic-- 30
How are we still second?

Wait why is Lukaku still on your list when his first touch hasnt been a problem this season
not to mention he is consistently one of our best players on the pitch, in almost every game barring 1 or 2.

By Killer7 Go To PostI like Knockheart. Bring him to fix our RW.Players will just get in his way. Mata and certain players move too deep or centrally and then it's just a stalemate, devoid of intelligence and movement. Especially against smaller opposition who play more defensively. It really isn't just down to one or 2 players in most of these games, it's throughout the whole squad.

Utter madness. The mentality has been an issue since 2013.
Lukaku's first touch can still let him down. But his hold up play and ability to link with other forwards has improved a lot. He's a more rounded footballer now than when he joined.
He's had a good season and is one of our best outfield players. But considering the amount we paid for him and that he's playing with a higher quality of player than at Everton, 16 league goals isn't good enough.

Forgetting his favourites were front and center in many of our terrible games this season, but he's going to get his jabs in of course. Benching players for weeks and then starting them out of nowhere.
For anybody confused why Manchester United are still second:
Liverpool - They still have a dodgy defence & they have a squad depth as thin as the plot to a Marvel movie.
Spurs - Soft lads fc don't have the mentality or the squad depth to really challenge the big boys.
Chelsea - When your team consists of mercenries who are there for the Russian oil money they tend to drop off in form from time to time as they can't be bothered & this is yet another one of those seasons.
Arsenal - Wenger should have gone years ago & sadly dragged down a once great team with his bizzare tactics & lack of transfers.

Glad to see this rumor got squashed within 24h. The mere idea of Ancelotti to Juve should be considered terrorism and dealt with accordingly.

Imagree that there's some players in the squad that are clearly rubbish. But he's also going to bin some lads that would actually be good if he just coached them properly.

Literally all the time, it's very annoying.
By Meier Go To PostIt really is amazing how consistently Mourinho throws players under the bus. Most of the time, they deserve it.
Bunch of soft cunts.
Feel like he's said this before when we've lost a similar game like this. He's "done" the work but on matchday, something happens.
Howedes injured again, out for the remainder of the season. Incredible signing / loaning, lol.
As with everything German, I blame Penny.

How are you going to start Fellaini and be fighting to give him a new contract
Im not gonna assume that Mou does a shit job at training. We know he's one of the best at it.
But questions have to be asked on how he motivates the players, and at times at how he overestimates the effectiveness of his opponents.
Of course, a lot of questions have to be asked about the players too. Some of the passes, ball watching in the first half was painful. Things that are already out of Mou's hands and the players should be doing better.

You deserve everything for making deals with them. That's like paying more than a bargain bin price for an Ubisoft game.
Juve should go for Sokratis, he wants back to Allegri.
Fellaini will continue to be a nightmare. When he starts it's like playing a russian roulette on whether he's good or horrible.
Actually rather like him as a sub though, just that is high wages for a player thats only good enough to be a sub in this team really that necessary

Between Chiellini, Benatia, Caldara and Rugani we should be set for next season. Chellini and Bentia are a bit of an incognita as far as injury-time goes, but the latter at least hasn't missed a beat since his initial crisis, and Caldara is a fantastic player, so ... yeah, we should be good.
By Bungie Go To PostI would say that’s pretty much the end of Martial’s time at UnitedMartial to PSG, desaparecido Draxler to United.
By FlutterPuffs Go To PostIm not gonna assume that Mou does a shit job at training. We know he's one of the best at it.Are we really so sure Mourinho is one of the best when it comes to training his players? Preparing the team to nullify a rival side is a different matter. When I look at the best sides they all have a way of attacking. Attacks are choreographed to the minute detail with players knowing where they're to stand to lay off a pass to a playing they know is overlapping because that's their job in the attacking pattern.
But questions have to be asked on how he motivates the players, and at times at how he overestimates the effectiveness of his opponents.

United have no discernable way of attacking. We have one of the best attacking midfielders in world football and he looks crap as we've no structure in place to get the best out of him. Pogba isn't playing well anyway but I don't expect him to when no-one looks like they know what they're doing. I fully expect Martial to be sold this summer. He's moody and wildly inconsistent, but when he's on his game he's the most dangerous forward in the squad. It's on the manager to nurture his talent and structure the side in a way that gets the best out of him. Mourinho can't do that and has never shown any indication that he can structure a side in such a way.
Motivation isn't something that should come into it. It can help with one off performances when you're underdogs and dig deep for an upset. But what's much more effective is your structure. Take the emotion out of the game, build your team properly around the strengths of your players. City are almost machine like in the way they play. Guardiola motivates them to an extent but they have their structure to fall back on. Something for them to be confident in outside of external factors like a rallying cry.
He should have squared it there but at the same time you should be making enough chances that it’s not the end of the world when one doesn’t come off perfectly

Should be enough for a GK, CDM, and some defenders. Don't think the attack needs new players that urgently, but rather a cohesive attacking playstyle.

By Cleff Go To PostAre we really so sure Mourinho is one of the best when it comes to training his players?Considering a lot of managers and players say so, I'd say yes. And hey, you can be a great coach but a shit manager.
edit: and you know, Mou isn't really that shit of a manager, we are second still and just beat the top 6 this last two months. Still want him out though, considering how dull some of our games are, how he fails to motivate players against small clubs and how he loves some of his players too much to accept that they are shit.
By flinbad the flailer Go To PostADL passive-aggressively slagging off Sarri in an interview?Sensational interview, that. With everyone else, I'd think that's the owner basically pre-sacking the manager. With ADL, I'm not so sure.

Think a natural wide player would be of a lot of use though. Right now every Arsenal line up has either a number 10 or a centre forward on either flank.
