Fellaini staying does nothing for the team. He's a wretched footballer who thinks two steps behind everyone else. He can't cover the defence and he can't pass. He's not even good at shithousing anymore ffs. The Sevilla game where he stunk the place out should've sealed his fate.
We need to sign one quality option in midfield and another decent squad player. Bin Fellaini.

By Laboured Go To PostThis... I'll allow this. Pls
I don’t get the impression from reading about Buvac that he would enjoy being a manager. He seems very reluctant to ever be in the spotlight. If he was in line for a job at Arsenal it’s probably a job, but not THE job.
I honestly don't get the impression that Arsenal, with it's 15 man "short list", really has a particularly clear idea of who they want to be manager next season.
Which should surprise no-one, because none of hem have experience in this, and none of them have had to lead from the front before.

I think they all have a clear idea of who they want the manager to be it's just that they all have very different ideas over who that is.
Need to get it sorted soon though so we can start on transfers and contract renewals. We don't need those being done in the last minute after the world cup.

If we really do have a 15 man shortlist then i am glad we are scoping a wide range of candidates.
As long as none on that list are named Moyes, Van Gaal, or Mourinho then we are already winners.

In this United team he is effective - albeit limited - but still effective. When we run out of ideas we go long and direct and he is better than anybody else in that situation.
Moving on from Fellaini would be a good thing because it would remove that option but do you really think Mourinho is going to suddenly become a creative offensive coach? He isn't. That doesn't mean we have to like it but we're fooling ourselves if we think he hasn't been effective for us cos he has and he has won us games.

I’ve always got the feeling that Utd fans mostly just want the option gone so Mou isn’t tempted to use it
By Oddinho Go To PostI’ve always got the feeling that Utd fans mostly just want the option gone so Mou isn’t tempted to use ityeah, that's basically it. He's a good player for what he does, even if what he does is mostly as a huge fucking tree in the midfield.
Just you know, we already have the players for hoofball that can be a dangerous presence in the box. Fellaini's better at that of course, but that sort of thing should always be a last minute hail mary type of situation.
With Mou it can be as early as the first minute, when he has Fellaini.

idc if Mou is tempted to use it. it's come in handy for us at times but i'd rather the team figure out another way to win that doesnt involve him. i simply don't like him. i fear for a yellow/red/penalty when he's put in a defensive situation. i groan whenever he gets on the ball because it takes him a fortnight to keep it moving.

Looks like Barca are looking to outdo Papa Flo both on and off the pitch.
Should've signed him it last summer instead of going for Dembelol

He has been betrayed by the Great Deceiver Chips Keswick and I will not stand for it.
By Laboured Go To PostI would murder someone, maybe a few people, for us to buy Dembele.I wouldn't be excited, he's worse than martial

He's younger and he's an actual real life RW, and only 3 of those even exist on Planet Earth in 2018.

By NinjaFridge Go To PostWhich Dembele?
Ousmane.
Mourinho would hate Dembele. If you think Martial doesn't work hard enough for the team, Dembele makes him look like N'Golo Kante.

whos gonna be Arsenals next manager
no banter
gimmie your gut feelings
Gut says one of the obvious ones like Jardim or Low. Maaaaaybe Nagelsmann.
Have this strange feeling Enrique, Allegri and Ancelotti aren't going to go for it.
Don't think the board will try for a Vieira/Henry/Arteta thing this time round.
Just think Rodgers/Buvac/Simone aren't even in the picture realistically.
Should be going for Sarri tho.
By Laboured Go To PostI would murder someone, maybe a few people, for us to buy Dembele. You certainly have a type.
The new Depay. I wouldn't mind having him in my team either.
