I have no problem with Mou's personality. He has always been an oddball. Never collects the medals of the titles he wins, throws them away to the crowd but keeps the watch he wore during the campaign as a trophy instead. Also most of the time, amusing.

It wasn't the biggest stretch to assume that Klopp would be one for the role.
Unless Buvac has really changed lately, I doubt he would take over a coaching role himself, especially such a big club.
He already hated being on the sideline when Klopp was banned or ill.
Being part of the new coaching team at Arsenal is a different thing though and I bet Mislintat would try to get him, if they're already pretty much done with the head coach.
