By s y Go To PostOladipo was the same player in OKC as he was in Orlando.
So you're saying the players around him were the same talent tier, and the organisations the same tier.
But indianna is some god tier organisation with magic pills to make everyone more talented?
By masud Go To PostThe ref fuckery in game 2 is gonna be EPICOladipo will foul out

Sorry, OKC did.

Oladipo got better and Indiana put him in more positions to succeed. #tryagain

That's exactly my point though? Unless you're trying to say he ONLY got better this past off season. i.e. citing actual magic pills.
I mean OKC are turning PG13 into super andre roberson. And Melo into busted Ibaka.

i couldn't have asked for a better start to the playoffs.
Now i only need a Jazz win against OKC and Wolves beating Rox for the Bingo.
not counting on that last one tho.

I won't be able to watch the game. I pretty much know how it will go though.. and it won't be pretty.

By s y Go To PostComparing his last season in Orlando to his season in OKC on stats.nba. Drives, shooting frequency and other tracking stats are very similar. That's a pretty terrible way to compare them.
OKC focused around YNB. Oladipo was the outlet once YNBhad run the clock down and was now doubled, or in serious trouble. Or he was stuck as a spot up shooter at best. At least in Orlando Oladipo was allowed to run with the ball in his hands regularly.
Which isn't to say Oladipo didn't get to do that in OKC, but it was a distant 5th option while YNB was on the floor (the first 4 being YNB). Or when YNB was off the floor.
They've done 90% of the same thing to PG13 and Melo.
He's a better player now, than at any point previously in his career. But guys don't suddenly turn into gods. He was 98% this guy last year. Indi are just better at getting the most out of him.
By s y Go To Posti shelved you for a few hours giri. pm me your response tomorrow or somethingIt's ok Psy, i know it's hard to know these things when you don't watch games.
By s y Go To PostComparing his last season in Orlando to his season in OKC on stats.nba. Drives, shooting frequency and other tracking stats are very similar. The team was centered around Westbrook... they literally boxed out so Westbrook could start the break then... Orlando didn't really have much of a system or and identity but at least he was free...
Indy really did bring out the best in him
