seems fair tbh
Tbh.
Supernatural aside, if someone that's done some dirt or been in armed conflict tells me not to be somewhere, more than likely, I don't need to be there. Didn't need to buy that sense, but did anyways. Found out the hard way.
By Random Ass Username Go To PostA lot of the time your flight or fight response is because of infrasound. You can feel things before you see them. Lizard brain like "NOPE." It's probably why a lot of people just suffer from general anxiety. A lot of living now is sensory overload quite frankly. I will say I've seen some bullshit in the woods though that was neither cougar nor bear.
Learning about infrasound was some wild shit. A pair of speakers and the right frequencies will have the staunchest non-believers looking over their shoulders.
Edit:

To be fair, I'm ghosting if I see his aye boo boo head ass waving too.
I love spooky stories but these days I am far too aware of the scariest predators and beings just being other people.

My better half has a hard time watching movies that have to do with possession. Like she can't watch the exorcist. Which is funny because she thinks religion is a crock of shit. She's just "spiritual" to some degree.

Finding new trails, animal habitats, etc. The sounds and smells are different than you get around civilization and are nice to experience everyone once in a while.

By Smokey Go To PostnopeFinding a part of the creek where beavers built a new dam was always fun to stumble on. Same with fishing holes in places you didn't expect.
I believe I saw my dead granddad back in 99.
He had passed away a few weeks earlier in London. During the summer vacation we always went to our cottage in Ireland, down the road from where he was born. Later in the summer would always be when my nan, uncles and aunt would come over.
One night they were all round my great uncles house and me and my mum drove over. I stayed in the car to listen to a song on the radio. Then I saw a man in a suit and a hat walking into the brick barn house. I then run inside to say it to everyone and they all go to check, but nobody was there. My nan and great uncle turn to me and say that was granddad returning to the place of his birth.
I had no idea that the barn was the original house and where they were all born, Plus i never knew he liked to wear hats.
I know the logical explanation is that I knew that information and repressed it to fit the narrative, and that is was my grieving mind playing tricks on me. However, I can never rule out that it wasn't his actual ghost.
