As soon as I saw the lineup, I knew it wasn't worth watching the game.
Rolando has never been good enough for the National Team, José Fonte is basically retired, Adrien is in poor form and I have no confidence in Mario Rui and João Cancelo.

Anyone here an accountant? If there are any, would someone answer this question for me .
If a company receives investment money and / or loan do they have to pay taxes on that investment / loan?
I tried Google and couldn't find an answer.

The answer is most likely no, as a loan is a liability and investment is equity, whilst corporation tax is charges on profits. But accounting is so weird and arcane I'm sure there would be loopholes a business could exploit to make themselves pay tax on such things, if they wanted to for some bizarre reason

I asked because a friend of mine is starting up a game development studio and he is looking for investments and loans. He was told that if he gets investments or a loan, he would have to pay taxes on them. I'm sure they gave him wrong information but since I'm not an accountant or know anyone who is, I thought I'd ask on here.
In that case it isn't immediately taxable for the capital injection of equity. With loans you can deduct the interest payments.
these useless cunts finally show their level
