Mou going on a warpath is hilarious.
fuck Shaw though. Soft as hell. He looked great at first but just lost the plot.

What's with gloves having different colours on the tip of the thumb and forefinger? Do they let you use touchscreens?

usually.
By jts Go To PostWho the hell is Nagelsmann and Martins where is Jesus going? No idea. I've been mostly offline for the past day and half.
Arnie essentially said this yesterday but it bears repeating... when we lost Torres I never imagined Suárez would end up being better. When we lost Suárez I could never have expected Mané to have such an impact. (Mane was great last night as well, only overshadowed due to Salah’s brilliance). When we were buying Salah I thought “if he can do about as well as Mane on the other wing we’ll be in the jackpot here.”
Yeah. I think he’s top 5 in Europe right now never mind in the PL. What a player. I’m sure we’ll lose him at some point but not after only one season. I don’t think hes a flash in the pan either. That kind of ability doesn’t justify disappear overnight, and he’s been on an upward trajectory of goalscoring since he began at Roma. He’s just getting better every year.

Mou is ... being Mou. This is the beginnings of the end. I don’t seen how the squad responds well to those comments. It’s sounding eerily similar to the way in which Real and chelsea collapsed for him. “Everyone is trying to sabotage me”

Mou made some good buys though, I'll always be thankful for him for that. He's also right that the club is chockful of soft players.
There wont be any tears shed if he moves to PSG. I really hope he does too.

Genuinely surprised this board isn't talking about this goal more than it has been already, it's magic.

Nah this is very different. You can watch the games and see it's chock full over a bunch of cowardly, mentally weak players. I genuinely feel for him as you can tell he wanted to make it work with what was already there and he's disappointed at what they're showing him. Too many of these guys just don't have the heart to wear the shirt.
Maybe Mou would have the players playing for him if he didn’t blast them publicly so much.
Now and again it is a useful tool, especially how he did it when he first was at Chelsea. Now he just comes across as bitter and nasty.

You cant just use the “mentally weak” line to excuse the manager. Spurs, Liverpool and City are full of players that need the soft approach from the manager. Even if you know you fucked up, you know you’ve got the big man shielding you from the masses. It may not be the “truth” but you need the right environment to correct your shortcomings, and a good manager knows how to provide that.
Klopp in his match notes against Watford took full responsibility for the defeat against United and talked about how the fans support meant it was a galvanizing loss rather than a demoralizing one. The truth is that Mane, Salah, Lovren and Trent all had bad first halves that led to us being down 2-0 at half time. But Klopp knows these are players who are passionate about what they do and that they’d only suffer more if the fans were on their back.
Mourinho doesn’t seem to work this way. He’ll praise his team even in defeat in an almost facetious way, and when things are starting to look bad for him, will protect his ego at all costs even if that means throwing talented players like Pogba and Martial under the bus. The fans might say “well he’s right” but the fans are largely not able to be impartial in the circumstances. The rest of us are all saying “I guess Its about that time again”
So looking at CL.

Our players can be downright useless at times, even against small clubs. Still we know that this could be the end of Mou, as much as we agree with a lot of his criticisms.
I do think Mou apologised to his players though, since it came from pretty good sources, as much as Inky wants me to be a gullible dumbass.
but it doesn't mean he's not gonna turn around and say what he did last night. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Why did I find this very funny?
By FlutterPuffs Go To PostWon against Liverpool, Brighton, but still managed to be the laughingstock of the week
That has more to do with putting such a lackluster performance against Sevilla ...you know a team that according to a pundit, United should have walked all over.
By Punished Go To PostAre they the people whose questions were asked on Question Time in the last one before the election, and they kept going on about how Britain should start using it's nukes?

By Vivalapizza Go To PostMou's meltdown happening just in time that we could get rid of him before next season.
Please.
For reals? You actively want him gone? Jeez.
I don’t think he’s the right fit for United. You’re too prestigious a club to be dabbling with bitter, classless, childish and overtly negative managers like he.
Mourinho’s teams thrived when he was able to build that us-against-the world mentality that made them tight-knit and formidable. That’s hard to do when all your players think you’re a cunt.
By FlutterPuffs Go To PostClearly there's many players in Leganes that can play for Manchester United.
