Fair to say that Welbeck's dive basically ruined what could have been a good match?
@FW, from what I understand it's only nightshift workers who will end up being paid less because of the changes, unless you're losing a location premium from living in London. Base wage is going up across the board as is the premium hour rate, but they're cutting the premium hours down to 5 per night when it's 10 right now. Plus our break is moving to be unpaid, which is a bit shit since we're not even allowed to leave the store and it's 45 minutes for a 10 hour shift.
Overall it works out as about £30 per month less than I'm earning now I think. Feel like they're trying to push people into leaving tbh, last couple of years has seen a pattern of people leaving and not being replaced properly. With the new dressing standards and reduction in overtime it's pretty obvious that the directive from the top is to sacrifice standards in order to run on the bare minimum number of employees per shift.
Expect it'll get worse as the Brexit process continues.
Would be interested to see what the unions have to say about the way we're being told to basically discard our old contracts, or fuck off. Seems a bit contrary to the point of a contract, but there's almost certainly some small print that allows it, plus we're essentially getting 18 months of warning before we (nightshift) start seeing less money per payday since they're supposedly doing some top up scheme for employees effected negatively until next December
edit: probably should have PM'd that. Oh, and I forgot to mention they're getting rid of the bonus. Reason stated is that some people were moaning about not getting one, which sounds a bit daft to me. Far more likely that it's an easy loss of money for the company to just stop without having to get the workers to agree to it.

Nearly done with MH though, the endgame is fucking stupid. It renders 80% of the bestiary pointless, and makes you search and refresh the SOS system over and over again as the quests fill up so quickly
Haven't played dota in about 2 months now, feel like pubg took a load of players from it, and even those who've moved on from pubg haven't gone back
Will probably go back to BotW soon

Would like to upgrade it to stop pubg looking like a disgrace, but since moving out I can't just blow £400 on a GPU for one game that I'll stop playing when the people I play with do. Don't like solo mode at all tbh
Either way upgrading right now is out of the question with the cryptocurrency bollocks, maybe that RDR battle royale mode will relegated my pc to essentially being a hard drive and a media player. Even then I can do all that through my laptop, PS4, phone and Google cast of needed. So the pc will become a brick that makes my life slightly more convenient.

You lads should try Vermintide 2. If you like the horde survival genre like Left 4 Dead it’s absolutely worth your time and money. I fucking love it
