The NCAA is trash and everyone knows it. An example that I recently found on twitter that should be trustworthy:
Basically, the NCAA is using the 13th amendment as one of its arguments to defend not paying student-athletes. The 13th amendment allows convicted criminals to be used for unpaid labor. That the NCAA is using that as justification is horseshit.

The odd thing is they are propping that up against scholarship players...but what about the players that pay the school for the privilege of making the school money?
