The shape of water was alright. Looked good and good acting. But it was a bit of a bore. Full on one note cartoon villain, the subtlety of a disney movie (or a Kojima game... No wonder they are going to work together). Meh. It really is not much more than a good looking beauty and the beast, with nudity. No surprises or anything, you can guess how the whole movie plays out as soon as you see fish man.
But on the plus side as mentioned, bush and masturbation in the first minutes of the movie, and it did look pretty. Decent enough but overall a but meh, very predictable and offers nothing new or exciting.

There was some charm to that, together with its looks and style, but hardly enough to carry a 2 hour movie for me. It was hard to even buy into that relationship, as it showed very little beyond the gestures you make and receive back from a caged monkey at the zoo. I understand wanting to… well, get it out of there and help it, but I never really understood the jump from wanting to save it to wanting to bang it. But then again, I did once fuck a water melon, and I have seen the furry thread on GAF, so who am I to judge motives of her. But I didn't buy much into it. Just felt like a movie that has been done before and better.

I think it was n8 who mentioned that the Richard Jenkins side story at the diner was completely unnecessary, and having gone back and seen the film again, it absolutely added nothing to the overall story. Maybe they expected the fact he was gay to have an impact on his relationship with Hawkins but it just didn't come off that way at all. Same with Shannon's home life. Wasn't necessary but did add another chance for tits, so we'll allow I guess 🤷🏻♂️

It doesn't have, really, a logical progression, but a sense of feeling conjured between and around what we see on screen. It requires the viewer to spin the narrative thread from these bits of character, these evocative though separate scenes, and this romanticized world (what Batong mentioned above) on which they float.

I actually completed the update, developed it 2 weeks ago, removed ads, fixed colors (navigation menu) and a few misc other upgrades.
But get this, I can't find my signing keys and Google wont reset my keys for me. So I'm kinda locked out of the app now, even though I have the update ready to rock. Sometimes I truly hate Google.
