You live in Japan right? I've never been, but often wondered how one would be able to be a vegetarian/vegan in a culture so dependent on fish and the lack of space for agriculture but I'm sure there's plenty of places where you could just get great meatless ramen. At least that's what I assume. Honestly, there's plenty of reasons to get off of meat and animal products, if you can't find it in you to necessarily care about the animals or the environment, if done so in a healthy manner, you're health will greatly improve over the long term. With consistent exercise, controlling my eating habits, and intermittent fasting I've been able to cut my weight from 245lb to 215lb in 7 months, goal right now is 190lb. But it's not just about weight, you honestly see the difference in your hair, skin and general mood too. Idk about meat over there, but it's common to have a bunch of hormones/antibiotics in the meat stateside.
When I was in Tokyo I only found one place with vegetarian based Ramen, at a train station.

It is near impossible to be a vegetarian in Japan. The idea of absolutely refusing to eat neatness products including stocks for soup is so foreign to Japanese culture that even if you ask for meatless cuisine you’ll often still get some amount of stock, oil or meat-based toppings.
That said Japan doesn’t really rely much on meat in large portions. Most of your meals consist of rice and vegetables.
